Pickens Animal Rescue

Animal rescue in Talking Rock, GA

Pickens Animal Rescue is in beautiful Talking Rock, Georgia -- about 1 hour north of Atlanta. We are a no-kill rescue group that takes in owner surrenders and also pull from our local animal control shelter when space is available. The Rescue Ranch is our kennel/shelter/adoption facility where the dogs have indoor/outdoor kennels with 6 large exercise yards, whelping rooms, a separate isolation barn for new intakes and a "cathouse" where the cats live in colony housing, with enclosed outdoor exercise yard for our feline friends. We also have a large visitation room with toys and treats for potential adopters to visit with our animals. We are a 501c3 non-profit GA corporation. You won't find a nicer group to work with and to find a wonderful new family pet!
