Stray to Play is a foster-based dog rescue based in Toronto. Our mission is to find loving, lasting homes for stray, abandoned, abused or surrendered dogs through collaboration with volunteers, shelter partners and other rescues in our community. We are a small organization and 100% volunteer-run.
