At Desert Dog Project, we are a team of dedicated volunteers committed to rescuing and nurturing medical and at-risk dogs from the county shelter. Our goal is to provide these deserving pups with loving foster homes and the medical care they need to thrive.

We believe every dog deserves a second chance at happiness. Each of our dogs is prepared for adoption, matched with families who will love and cherish them for a lifetime. Join us in our mission to find these incredible dogs their forever homes—together, we can make a difference, one wagging tail at a time!
