CFCP&HKR is a small but mighty TNR Project located in Columbia County Oregon focusing on the humane treatment and improvement of homeless cat’s lives. Our shelter houses the most vulnerable of the homeless cat population by providing a rescue and haven for homeless kittens and often pregnant abandoned moms. We are a health and well being resource for our community’s feral and stray cat population. And we aim to educate the community of the plight of overpopulation and the need to spay and neuter to save cat lives.
