Managed by LifeLine Animal Project, Fulton County Animal Services provides a humane environment for Fulton County’s homeless pets while enforcing the animal control laws of Fulton County, GA. We also provide other services such as veterinary care for our animals including spay/neuter surgeries, pet adoptions, pet reclaims, volunteer programs, foster home programs, rescue group coordination, and other lifesaving programs.

LifeLine Animal Project is a non-profit animal welfare organization with a mission to end the euthanasia of healthy and treatable pets in Atlanta. We do this by offering affordable low-cost veterinary care and conducting community outreach to Atlanta's residents, transforming Atlanta into a lifesaving community. LifeLine embraces the Adopters Welcome approach. This philosophy encourages conversation-based and open-minded adoptions, enabling us to find more homes for our shelter pets without unnecessary judgment.
We have many wonderful pets waiting to be yours! Adoption fees are $85 for dogs and $65 for cats (Dogs over 5 years old, $40). The adoption fee to persons over 55 years old is $40. Adoptions includes spay/neuter, age-appropriate vaccinations, deworming, microchipping, heartworm test, fecal test, and Feline Leukemia/FIV test for cats.
