We are a 501c3 nonprofit feline only rescue that is completely volunteer ran and is foster based. We do not have a facility or shelter that houses our foster cats and kittens. We focus a majority of our efforts on Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR) of feral/stray/community cats in and around Detroit. Feral means unsocialized to humans. We frequently find kittens in these colonies, and we are able to socialize them as long as they are young enough. Any cats or kittens that are friendly or may be socialized are fully vetted and placed up for adoption. We also perform colony maintenance/management duties with every colony of cats we TNR. Usually, those colonies have a designated caregiver where we provide assistance to via food supplies and vetting any new cats that show up in the colony.
As most don't know, there are thousands of cats and kittens living on the streets around the world due to abandonment or simply being born outside. This has all led to an overpopulation issue, and it is why spay and neuter is so important! We have been rescuing cats independently in and around Detroit for 20+ years, and in the last 5 years we branched out to TNR when we found that this niche of feline rescue was very underserved.

Primarily Detroit, but we have helped cats in the following counties: Wayne, Macomb, Oakland, Jackson, St Clair, and Sanilac Counties. Basically, we focus on the city of Detroit, but we help cats in the entire lower peninsula of Michigan when we can.
Additional adoption info
As a foster based nonprofit rescue, our cats/kittens are fostered in private homes and not a shelter/facility. Meet and greets are performed in the perspective adoptive home to make sure that all family members and animals get along. If all goes well at the meet and greet, then we would move forward with the adoption process. A home visit/check and vet reference check is absolutely required for all adoptions, no exceptions.
