Story
This is Annie. She was taken out of a hoarding situation. Her baby has left the nest and she's ready for her forever family! She loves giving kissed and cuddling next to her human! Likes kids and is okay with other cats. She'd be okay with a dog - she just mainly avoids them but she is used to one! Gets spayed on Feb 13th and will be ready to go then OR new family can adopt her now and drop her at that appointment- the fee is covered AND the adoption fee has been sponsored !

Story
PICKETT Pickett was born in 2015. He is about 45 pounds, mostly black. He is a mystery mix. LOVES EVERYONE! He gets along with all people - he's a hugger and kisser Loves other dogs - moderately playful. He does try to hump the first time meeting, but is easily corrected. Loves cats. Great on the leash. And in the car. He's not young, but has tons of puppy like energy. LOVES toys and bones. Good house manners. HOWEVER, when unsupervised he should be crated or he may chew inappropriately. He was with a rescue for the last seven years and was never chosen somehow - despite his super friendly adorable personality. That rescue closed, he went to a local shelter, and knowing him personally, I had to bring him here HE DESERVES A WONDERFUL HOME. He's a hoot! Story
✨🧁 Meet Funfetti Cupcake! 🧁✨Just like her name, this sweet 2-year-old pit bull girl is sprinkled with joy, love, and a little bit of sparkle! 🎊 She came to us after being seized from a tough situation, but she's ready to leave that behind and start fresh in a forever home. 💕Funfetti Cupcake is dog-friendly and would love a playful pup buddy 🐶🎾. She's a bit timid with new people and has some stranger danger, so she'll need a patient adopter (kids 10+ please!) who will give her time to feel safe. Once she warms up, she's all about snuggles, playtime, and kisses 💖🐾.Funfetti is enrolled in Forever Home Fundamentals, our positive-reinforcement training program focused on building trust and teaching basic obedience skills like sit, down, stay, and touch. Through multiple one-on-one sessions each week, they are gaining confidence and developing new skills to thrive in their forever home! Story
Are you searching for a dog to join your home that will be completely devoted and obsessed with you? Meet 2-year-old Cooper, a charming and energetic 15 lb. rat terrier mix just waiting to find his forever home! This handsome boy is a loyal, lively companion who thrives on outdoor walks and playtime. Whether it's chasing after his favorite ball, starting a tug-o-war with the smallest toy imaginable, or howling to get your attention, Cooper is always ready to do something fun with his humans. Cooper is house trained and walks really well on a leash. Although he does great with his dog friends, Cooper is picky about his canine companions. He needs a dog friend who can handle his rough-and-tumble play. Cooper loved playing with a fearless puppy in his foster home as well as another high energy rattie girl he met on a playdate, and has tried to make other friends with less success. He is often a bit too much for lower energy dogs. He is learning to respect the space of the middle-aged small dog in his foster home by gravitating more toward his human caretakers for play. The coolest thing about Cooper is that he loves training! He has proven excellent at training for tricks and he can now "sit", "down", "wait", "spin", "roll over", and "shake". The mental energy spent on training helps to keep Cooper focused and builds his confidence with you. Cooper’s challenge is that he really misses you when you leave the house and has big feelings about being at home without you. He has some separation anxiety that often results in some barking when left alone, especially upon your return, so he probably isn't ready for apartment living. This has gotten much better in the time he has spent in his foster home. While he can be reactive on walks, this has mostly resolved once he learned his new neighborhood. Adopters should be prepared to continue working with Cooper on these behaviors as he settles into a new home environment. If you want to learn more about Cooper’s charm and his big personality, check out his photo album at http://www.imageevent.com/newrattitude/cooper , then apply today!
