Arizona Pug Party and Rescue is an all-volunteer pug rescue and social group. Our focus is on rescuing, rehabilitating, and rehoming pugs in our community and beyond. We pride ourselves in having flexible adoption criteria and procedures without placing unnecessary constraints on applicants.

 Hey there! I’m Alfred. I know I might not make the best first impression from inside my kennel. This has been my “home” for a long time, and I can come off a little strong when meeting new people. Please don’t let that stop you from getting to know me! I just take a little time building trust, but once you’re in, you’re in for life. I tend to warm up to women a little faster, but no matter who you are, if you give me a chance, I’ll show you my sweet and loyal side. I love going on long walks and playing fetch. Give me a long-lasting chew toy or a bone, and I’ll be the happiest pup around. I’ve spent most of my life waiting for my person. Could it be you? The highlights

Hi I'm Scorpio a tiny tabby girl! I wasn't actually born a Scorpio, but I definitely possess that strong independence! My foster mom says I'm kind of silly because I act a little shy but when she starts petting me, I can't get enough! I haven't been that fond of being carried around, but I am getting a little bit more used to it and wrapped in a blanket. I'm a little purrito! I love playing with other kitties, all the kitty toys and climbing up the cat tree! I'm a curious gal who loves her canned food, loves her siblings and would really adore a home with a family who is patient to let me continue to grow my confidence! My foster family says I have the most curious size they wish I could talk and tell them what I'm thinking although they are sure it would be quite sassy! I've been around cat, friendly dogs, other kitties of all sizes and older children. I'm spade chipped, wormed, vaccinated, and ready to be part of your family.

Hello, my name is Willow. I am a very sweet and friendly girl who loves pets. I like to lay near my person for extra attention. I enjoy head, back, and tummy rubs and being talked to and will respond. I also like all toys; wands, laser lights, and balls. My sister, Ivy, and I were adopted together and had a wonderful family, but unfortunately life circumstances changed, and we came back to the rescue. We are now in a foster home and our foster mom spoils us. She says we have the sweetest souls. I’m more curious and outgoing when checking out my surroundings than my sister Ivy. Our foster mom says we are confident cats, who don’t take long to warm up to new people. I enjoyed meeting our foster mom’s friends when they came to visit and greeted them when they walked into the room. I would love to find a home with my sister but would be okay by myself. I’m spayed, microchipped, dewormed, and vaccinated and ready for my new home.

I’m a talkative, loving kitty who will happily roll over for belly rubs and show off my “elevator butt” for scratches. My foster family says I have the cutest little meow and a heart full of love. I enjoy climbing the cat tree, chasing kitty toys, playing with my siblings, and snuggling up in a lap for a good afternoon nap. I also adore attention—if you stop petting me, I’ll be sure to remind you with head rubs and gentle meows!
