We are a shelter/sanctuary /rescue group ocated in Independence county. We also have Chapters in Illinois, Vermont and Michigan.
We work with troubled dogs and give them a safe and fun place to live out their life here in Arkansas.
We also rescue abandoned and medical dogs and puppies in need, room permitting, get them healthy and work through any issue they may have then we find them forever homes.
Majority of our dogs are adopted out in Illinois where we are licensed as a foster based rescue organization as Illinois has more strict animal welfare and cruelty laws that they do enforce.
We are 100 percent NO KILL. We do not euthanize any dog for ANY reason other than hospice situations where all medical care has been exhausted and there is nothing more that can be done. We then will euthanize to end suffering and only with suffering.
We do hospice care as well for senior dogs, we keep them comfortable (medically) and happy until they tell us it's time to go. We give them a safe loving place to spend there last moments on earth.
Remember always, Rescue is not just a verb... it is a PROMISE!
