Additional adoption info
We do offer same day adoptions in certain cases! If a pre-adoption application is submitted and approved prior to visiting the shelter, in many cases our cats and dogs can go home same day!
All animals are required to be spayed/neutered prior to adoption. If an animal is too young to be spayed/neutered, an appointment will be scheduled by shelter staff at a more age-appropriate date. If an adopter is unable to make the appointment, shelter staff can provide transport if the animal is brought to the facility the day before.
