Give Hope Cat Rescue was officially founded and registered as a 501 (c)(3) public charity in 2020 but has been operating for 10 years under the leadership of our President, Jane-Ann Springston, who was operating under the community group name, Community Cats of Boca Raton. We have grown to be one of the most supported animal welfare groups in South Florida. We are a non-profit, volunteer-run organization devoted to finding loving new homes for unwanted, homeless cats and kittens. Give Hope volunteers have placed over 5,000 cats and kittens into homes and aided the control of overpopulation of Community Cats (Free-roaming) through TNVR (Trap-Neuter-Vaccinate-Return).

Additional adoption info
To help ensure that we place our cats in loving, responsible, committed homes, we have a screening process before you can adopt a pet from Give Hope Cat Rescue. We reserve the right to turn down potential adopters as we deem necessary.
First, we ask that you complete our Adoption Questionnaire — our Cat Adoption Form. You can complete the form online or you may stop by a weekly adoption event to complete form in person.
Second, a home visit is also required as part of our adoption process.
Third, we approve or decline your application depending if you're a good match for our kitten.
Fourth, If Approved, you will meet the kitten if you haven't already done so at our adoption event.
Lastly, You will fill out a pet adoption contract and we'll deliver your cat directly to you.
