Looking to help out a rescued reptile in need? SDHS receives many different reptiles available for adoption.
Before you head out to buy a brand new pet, we get an assortment of lizards, snakes, and other reptiles in from people who can no longer care for them. Our species list can vary, but at this time we do have a number of ball pythons, corn snakes, bearded dragons and leopard geckos looking for a new caring owner. If you or anyone you may know is looking for a new reptile pet, please consider a rescue animal.
We are also always looking for foster homes as well! If you have space available and the appropriate care & setup we are always grateful to have help and assistance for housing our rescue animals.
We receive no monies from government agencies or grants to pay for the cost of housing, feeding and medical treatment of the animals we take in. Many animals arrive in dire need of medical care. Please consider sponsoring a species with a recurring monthly donation by clicking on the Donation link below. Thank you in advance for your generosity.
