A New Day is a 501(c)(3) dog rescue. We are unique in that we have the ability to provide remporary and forever homes for many types of dogs, while also helping alleviate the burden on local shelters and pounds.
A New Day is dedicated to providing both mental and physical healing for dogs who are declining in a shelter setting. Whether it is depression, severe anxiety, heartbreak, or going "kennel crazy," we are able to help. Often times, these dogs just need a change of scenery and they will flourish. Included in this are senior dogs. A New Day provides a home for them, no matter how long their stay.

We thoroughly screen our adopters to ensure all of our adoptable pets go to the absolute best home for them. We require ALL family members to meet the dogs before going to their forever home, as well as any other animals in the home. We want to set everyone up for success.
