DOXIE & FRIENDS RESCUE was established in 2010 with a mission of saving unwanted, discarded dogs. We are 100% volunteer-run and 100% nonprofit.

Our dogs come from a variety of different situations and locations such as pounds/shelters, strays, and surrendered pets - both locally and abroad. We give our dogs the best care and chance to find their forever homes by placing them with loving and caring volunteer foster parents. In order to prevent further over-population, all pets are spayed or neutered, age and health permitting.

As a completely volunteer-based organization, we are only able to find our pets their forever homes with the help of our volunteers
