House of Joy is a 501c3 sanctuary and rescue for seniors and special needs dogs, with a mission finding loving furever homes for those who are able to be adopted. And for dogs that are less likely to be adopted, due to advanced illness or other circumstance, have a home here; where they receive regular vetting and appropriate management for their individual conditions, in a peaceful and loving environment. Unless not medically recommended, all of our dogs are up to date on appropriate vaccinations, receive monthly heartworm/flea/tick preventatives, spayed/neutered, and microchipped.
