Pet Harbor is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, nonstock, tax-exempt Virginia Siberian Husky and cat rescue organization. We are run strictly by tax-deductible donation and volunteers and foster the animals in homes. We focus our adoptions in the Commonwealth of Virginia and are affiliated with Richmond Siberian Rescue. And if we can't help you, hopefully we can refer you to someone who might be able to help.
