Hello! Final Victory Rescue is a registered 501c3 nonprofit. Our adoptable dogs are saved from South Carolina shelters. They are fostered and complete vetting in SC while we review applications and then they are transported to their adoptive homes in the NE states where the demand for adoptable pets is high but the supply is low! Adopter support systems available both in the South and NE!
