Story
Regan is a female Boxer mix.  She is 2 years old, spayed, up to date on her vaccinations, microchipped, and weighs 50 lbs.  Regan does not get along with all dogs and sometimes plays "too hard" with other dogs.  Regan is not aggressive at all with people and loves everyone, but she should be an only dog.  She is more comfortable with women but can learn to trust a man, she's a bit afraid of men at first meeting.  To be on the safe side, no young children.  Regan was found emaciated as a pup.  But she has grown to be a super loyal, fun and smart dog, she needs a stable, safe environment, a fenced-in yard, with no other dogs, cats or children around and she will continue to flourish!  Her adoption donation is $200 which includes her spay, vaccinations and microchip. She is currently in a foster home and we are requesting an approved application prior to a meet and greet. Story
MEET WILSON - in foster care in Mt. Dora, FL His original owner became too ill to care for him, so he was 'given' to a family member who REALLY didn't want him, which is how he came into our care! Wilson is 8 months old, weighs 26 lbs. and is an absolute LOVE.  He loves to play, likes bigger dogs, curious about cats but not aggressive (just doesn't understand why they don't want to play with him!) and might play a little too rough with smaller dogs. He is crate trained and learning quickly about his potty training.  He LOVES people and when he meets you, acts like you are his world! His ideal home would be an active one - just not with toddlers.   He has seen our vet, been neutered, vaccinated and has received the good health stamp of approval.  Adoption fee - $400.  An approved application is required.  Please email to request one  jmilbyer@gmail.com or download one from our website.  Please download an application from our website:  www.gratefulpaws.org NOTE: Adoption/rehoming fees are applied towards the vet bill: exam, blood tests, vaccinations, fecal, worming, spay/neuter, dental if necessary, and a microchip.
