Winslow came to IAR because his owner passed away in May and he had nowhere to go, so a kindhearted individual took him in and he eventually entered the foster program. He's a TOTAL LAP KITTY and will just lay in your lap while being affectionate and giving you motor purrs. He loves the string toy and has a playful personality.
