Story
A few months ago there were 6 puppies found that were abandoned in a kennel in an uninhabited house in Vega Baja, Puerto Rico. They have been in foster care since that date when they were about 5 weeks old. They are now almost 7 months old and have grown into beautiful, happy and well adjusted young dogs who enjoy the company of dogs and cats alike! They are all about 17-20 pounds and we don't expect them to get much bigger than about 25 pounds! Ori will arrive in Albion, NY at the beginning of December and we would love to have a family waiting to meet him! Our adoption fee is $400 and unless otherwise stated all dogs and puppies have been spayed/neutered, 4DX tested(if age appropriate), Put on heartworm/flea/tick prevention, age appropriately vaccinated, dewormed, vet checked and flown from Puerto Rico. Icy is a young, fun little girl who is the center of the fun in the doggy group at the foster. She is only about 15 pounds at almost 6 months old so she won't be very big when she is an adult. She is a happy, inquisitive puppy who is curious what you are up to and happy to follow you around to figure it out! She loves toys and would be a great pup for a family who wants a dog to play with the kids, or jog with or hike with! A warm blanket at the end of a long day is her favorite spot to cuddle! Icy will arrive in Albion, NY at the beginning of December and we would love to have a family waiting to meet her! She is only 34ish pounds and 1year 8 months she won't be getting any bigger. Whatever she is a mix of it is perfect! She is good with everyone. She is kennel trained and knows sit along with other commands. Sora is good with other dogs and cats and children. She is available to you via ground transport. Located in Texas

The day I met Malia, on the beach in Puerto Rico, she hopped into my open car door, she got into the car and didn't want to get out! She was determined to be rescued! She was living and surviving with a group of dogs that had obviously been abandoned there. Malia is a good and social dog. She likes affection and to be petted and loved on. She is a dog that would love active people, and who would give her the exercise and daily walks she needs. She has a lot of fun energy and would do great with kids who would play with her or she would love a jogging partner! She loves to play with the water from the hose, Love toys and to chase balls. She is about 2 years old and 45 pounds! Malia completed a training program with a veterinarian in Puerto Rico and did very, very well. He said that she is super smart and knows basic obedience. She is currently enrolled in a Canine Good Citizen class and we are certain she will graduate! If you are looking for a smart, food motivated dog..Malia is your girl!
