Our adoption fees vary. Each biography will specifically list the adoption fee. This dog will be at Palo Alto Pet Food Express on Saturday,November 2nd from 12-3pm or until adopted. If you would like the first opportunity to adopt, please fill out an application to be considered.   Adoption Fee: $600   Not sure if you're 100% ready for adoption? Good is an option for Foster To Adopt for a few days. Good is a 2 year old Italian Greyhound mix who weighs 8lbs and is ready to live her best life as the Good-est girl ever! Good came into our rescue with her sister, Plenty (can we hear a cheer from the licorice fans)! We promised to find these gals the best possible forever homes and we know they are once in a lifetime type of dogs! Good is a petite little lady with fabulous Dumbo ears and little Gazelle legs. She’s a little model ready to strut her way right into your heart! If you’re ready for the best times ever, bring home some good times with Good!      Good is a cuddly and loving little lady who is hoping to find a home to shower her in love! She’s the kind of dog where once you earn her trust, she will be your best friend for life. She’s the perfect mix of Dumbo ears and Gazelle legs, giving her such a unique look. She turns heads wherever she goes. She’s a huge cuddler and would be the best WFH companion. She’s happy to sleep the workday away in preparation for all the fun that the evening promises. Good is energetic when she has her toys or her foster sibling to play with, showing off her fun-loving personality. She’s more of a couch potato though and can’t resist a good nap! She bonds with her people quickly and shows her devotion in the form of cuddles and kisses. You won’t be able to remember how you went about your day before she was in it! She has such an endearing nature and combined with her irresistible puppy dog eyes, we know she’s going to take the world by storm!  Good starts her day between 8:30 and 9 AM. She wags her tail and smiles as her crate is opened and then she heads out on her morning walk. She eats breakfast after her stroll and then goes out for some sniffs. During the day, Good hangs out with her foster people as they work from home. She takes some breaks for play and cuddles, but she’s mostly happy to curl up and snooze the day away. After the workday ends, she goes out on another walk before she enjoys her evening meal. Once she’s eaten, she snuggles with her people on the couch and gets all the cuddles as she watches TV and catches up on her shows. She goes out for one last potty break around 10 PM and then heads into her crate for a night of dreams.  Good lives with a small dog who has a similar temperament to her. They like to play together but they also love to nap together. A win win! Good would benefit from additional leash training and socialization, as the world is pretty big for a little gal like her! Good’s ideal home is a calm and consistent environment where she can continue coming out of her shell. If you’re ready to hype her up, she’s ready to make her second chance the best ever!       Good is an option for homes with prior dog ownership experience. Good is an option for kids over the age of 6.November 2, 2024, 6:03 pm

If you would like the first opportunity to adopt, please fill out an application to be considered.   Adoption Fee: $650   The Bee puppies are a litter of 14 week old Italian Greyhound x Chihuahua mixes ready to fly into your arms with honey and cuteness! This trio of pups came from the shelter after they were surrendered by their former home who had an accidental litter after not fixing mama. Folks… this is why we spay/neuter. We scooped them up and promised to find them furever homes deserving of their cuteness. This trio is 2 boys and 1 girl. We expect the puppies to remain on the small side when they reach adulthood. Come create a family hive with a Bee puppy!     Bumble (M): Bumble is a silly and sweet little gentleman who can’t wait to scamper his way into your heart! Bumble trots around the house with a tail that never stops wagging, always dragging one of his favorite fluffy toys behind him. It’s absolutely adorable to see his smile as he shows off his prize. Bumble has the cutest little nose markings that draw you into giving him tons of kisses. Bumble is absolutely hilarious as he shows off his puppy antics. He’s known to fling himself from your lap to the couch cushion (we aren’t going to tell him it’s only a few inches down) and pose as if to say “See! I’m amazing, aren’t I?” Yes you are, little man! Bumble is the smallest of the bunch and can’t wait to spend his days exploring the world with you followed by nights of snuggles in a blanket. Let our little man buzz like a bee and Bumble into your arms!  Nectar (F): Nectar is a sweet, outgoing, and cuddly little girl who doesn’t let her brothers dull her shine! She leads the daily agenda of playtime and puppy piles with a sweetness mixed by that adorable sassiness only sisters can relate to. Nectar has gorgeous markings that give her permanent little socks and a cute little face mask. Nectar is the first puppy to investigate new things and she approaches challenges with a level of fearlessness we can only aspire to! Though she may be small, we know Nectar has a lifetime of fun adventures ahead of her. She wants to see all that the world has to offer and her forever family will be blessed with an adventure companion who’s ready to snuggle and give kisses at the end of a long day. This sweet gal is all Nectar! Pollen (M): Pollen is a sweet little gentleman who has ears that rival Dumbos and a heart as big as a beehive! Pollen is more of the “sit back and watch the action” kind of puppy, observing his brother and sister as they pretend to be wrestlers. Pollen learned quickly that while his siblings are distracted, he can soak up all the cuddles. He loves being held like a little baby and would happily spend hours curled up in your arms as you go about your day. He just wants to be loved and show love in return, and it’s pretty hard to resist when he hits you with those puppy dog eyes. We know that Pollen will fit perfectly into the home lucky enough to adopt him and he can’t wait to shower you with all the kisses you could ever need. With Pollen in your life, you’ll always have the brightest flowers!      The Bee puppies wake up around 7 AM and have a brief play session as their pen is cleaned out and their breakfast is prepared. They enjoy their morning meal and their special treat as well. During the day, the puppies alternate between zooming around their pen, playing with toys, curling up for naps, and generally being adorable. They have a lunchtime snack around 1 PM. In the afternoon, they get an extended play session followed by lots of cuddles from their foster humans. They take another nap until waking up for dinner around 6 PM. In the evening, they get some more snuggles until they go into their pen for the night around 10 PM. The Bee puppies are super playful and social with all the dogs they’ve met and would be a fantastic option for a companion pup. They love people, especially those ready to shower them in kisses and snuggles. We expect interested homes to demonstrate a commitment to continued training and socialization to ensure the pups are well-behaved adults. If you’re looking for some honey (with a side of puppy kisses) stop on by our Farmer’s Market Stand and adopt a Bee puppy!       The Bee puppies are only an option for homes who have owned a dog of their own in the last 5 years. Kids in the home should be over the age of 8.November 2, 2024, 6:03 pm

If you would like the first opportunity to adopt, please fill out an application to be considered.   Adoption Fee: $650   Elf is a 4 month old Italian Greyhound x Chihuahua mix looking to perch on your shelf (or lap) this festive season! Elf was rescued from the shelter after being surrendered for reasons unknown. He wasn’t on our radar at first, but we were drawn in by his puppy dog eyes and couldn’t walk past his kennel without scooping him into our arms and promising to save him. Elf weighs 5 pounds as of November 1st and we expect he will stay under 10 pounds fully grown. He’s the perfect petite little dude! Since his presence felt like magic, we named him Elf in honor of the season. Come and meet the world’s cutest Elf at your local Christmas tree farm today!      Elf is a happy and bouncy pup who is full of excitement and curiosity about the world around him. He has fabulous Dumbo ears and heterochromia which gives him such a unique look. He’s truly a one of a kind puppy! Elf loves being held and gives the best snuggles once he’s in your lap. He is super confident and knows how to charm his way into every situation. He’s the perfect level of independence as well: happy to be in a room alone and play but also thrilled to head out on an errand trip with you. You’ll never be able to hit up the coffee shop again without his legion of fans cooing over him, showering him in pup cups and pets. He’d also rock a collection of sweaters and bandanas. Hello Instagram star! He’s also a magician! He can make himself disappear if you give him a blanket. In the blink of an eye, he’s burrowed into a little cozy ball, ready for a nap or a cuddle. He’s also ready for a romp around the block, a trip to the North Pole, or a game of fetch in the yard. He’s got springy little legs that make him look like Tigger when he’s ready for fun! Elf may be small but his personality is absolutely bursting out of him. He knows that he’s got so much to show the world and he’d love to start his adventure with a perfect forever home.  Elf wakes up at 7 AM and goes out with the resident dogs for a potty break. He comes inside for breakfast which he happily gobbles up before seeking out a morning cookie. Once his people start their workdays, he curls up under a blanket and enjoys a morning nap. During the day, he keeps himself occupied with his toys, but he’s always ready for a game of fetch or a cuddle session in between Zoom calls. He eats again at 1 PM and then at 6 PM. Once everyone is done with work, he gets his zoomies out in the backyard, showing off his fabulously long legs as he chases a ball. He works on some training tricks before trotting back inside for dinner. In the evening, Elf gets all the cuddles and kisses he could ever want as he watches TV on the couch. He goes out for one last pee and then heads into his crate at 11 PM.  Elf currently lives with several dogs and cats and adores them all. He’d be a fabulous addition to a home with a resident dog but he’d also thrive solo. He’s super flexible like that. Elf is mostly potty trained and is crate trained. Interested homes should be prepared to continue Elf’s training and socialization so he is a perfect adult dog like he is a puppy. If you’re ready for some holiday magic in the form of the world’s cutest puppy, adopt Elf!       Elf is only an option for homes who have owned a dog in the last 5 years. Due to his small size, kids should be over the age of 10.November 2, 2024, 6:03 pm
