Story
Soap is a very playful and cuddly companion. When he’s not running around yelling for food, he’s curled up on your lap, purring loudly and making lots of biscuits. He needs plenty of toys and someone who has the time to play with him and has lots of love to give. We adopted Soap from Simply Cats in April 2024. He was new to the shelter and had previously been a stray, so no one knew much about him. Even so, we decided to take a chance on him and he’s brought so much joy into our home. However, we already had an established senior cat in the house. They didn’t get along from the start, and though things did get better over time, he would still often stalk our other cat, keeping her cornered and pouncing on her. After keeping the two separate for a few weeks, we’ve noticed great improvement in both of their mental states. As much as it hurts to say goodbye, we believe Soap would have a much better time as a single cat who gets all the attention.

Story
This is Cletus. The sweetest boy ever. He needs a new home due to no fault of his own. Our original cat has developed health issues that doesn’t allow us to have other cats. Cletus is quite shy at first but has turned into the biggest cuddle bug. He takes a bit to warm up, but once he does he will velcro to you. He can get a little nippy when he’s done with attention, so it is suitable for him to be with children who are respectful and/or older than 12. He does great with getting his feet cleaned and toenails clipped. It’s probably best to add that he is a biggg boy, I believe around 16 pounds. We are not asking for a rehoming fee. He will come with his favorite toys, treats, bed, blanket, and carrier, as well as the rest of his food and vaccination/ health records. He is fixed and microchipped. This has not been an easy decision, and we have tried everything to make it work with both of them, but it is not possible anymore. His quality of life is not as great with us as he deserves.

Story
This beautiful little kitten is Clancy! She is a spunky, playful girl who LOVES to nap and snuggle. She prefers cozy, dark spaces to sleep in during the day but when people are around she loves to come out and play! Clancy currently lives with another female cat with whom she loves to wrestle, groom, and snuggle together with in their window perch. Clancy is just over a year old, we adopted her from the humane society when she was 2 months and she has been a wonderful addition to our family. Clancy has been around dogs, cats, and children and although shy and hesitant at first, she eventually warms up and loves to play! We are so sad to have to rehome this wonderful girl, but we hope we can find a loving home for her to feel settled and welcomed in!
