He is always eager to make new friends, whether it's with people or his fellow canines. Knox is incredibly affectionate, and is hoping to find that special adopter who will cherish all the unconditional love he has to offer. He is happiest when he is with his people and would be a good fit if you have a work from home situation. Knox is energetic and can be mouthy when he shows his love, so he will do best with older kids. Despite his energy, Knox does walk well on leash. His playful nature makes him a great companion for anyone seeking a fun-loving friend. But Knox isn't just about fun and games, he's also very loyal, a trait that makes him a good companion. Fill out an application today and let Knox's kind spirit and playful energy bring happiness to your home!Your new pet will require a refresher in house-training. K-9 Lifesavers strongly recommends all new adopters enroll their new pet into obedience training. This provides for an easier transition into a new home, ensures the dog remains well socialized, and helps form a bond between the dog and the new family. Adoption fees cover basic vetting, rabies (if puppy is old enough), distemper/parvo vaccinations, deworming, monthly heartworm prevention while in our care (if old enough), monthly flea/tick prevention while in our care, and transport costs. K-9 Lifesavers will also cover the cost of spay/neuter at our partner vet at 6 months of age or reimburse adopter for up to the amount of our partner vet cost should you choose to spay/neuter at your own vet.Foster Program: Foster homes provide for the temporary care of a rescue until the dog is placed into a loving, forever home.
