Sadie is high energy and is looking for an active family to keep up with her. She needs room to run and a job to do. My name is Morty and I am a black & white border collie/mix. I am an intact male (I will be neutered before I am adopted) and I am about 2 years old. I was transferred here from another animal welfare group, where I was left due to my owner not being able to take care of me anymore. I am potty trained. I am a medium energy dog and I will need an owner with some prior pet owning experience. I can be good with men, women, and children 13+ years old. I can be good with cats and I can be good with other dogs. I am a shy guy who will need an owner who can help me grow into my confidence!All dogs are tested for heartworms and given flea preventatives. They are also tested for intestinal parasites and receive routine dewormings. Dogs are vaccinated against distemper, rabies, and bordetella, spayed/neutered before adoption, and have a microchip. Adoption fees include the initial automated registration of the microchip at the time of adoption.

My name is Dandy and I am a gray & white australian shepherd mix. I am a spayed female and I am 6 months old. I am here because I was given up by my owner on 07/03/2024 due to the fact they didn`t have time for me, and I required more training than they had time to give. They were my family for 4 months. I am used to staying inside during the day and inside during the night. I am still learning how to be potty trained - consistency will be key in helping me accomplish this. I am a high energy dog and I can live with an owner with no prior pet owning experience. I would do well with simple obedience training to help us bond and for us to learn how to communicate with each other. I do not have a history of trying to escape the home or yard, but the shelter staff always recommends owners be mindful that I do not accidentally get out a door or escape the yard. I do not need a fence, however it would always be nice to have one so I can run free in a safe space! I can be good with men, women, and children. and I can be good with other dogs. I have never been around cats before. I am a very typical, happy puppy who will need training and obedience work.
