Though a little shy due to his past experiences, with patience and kindness, he will begin to trust and reveal his wonderful self. He’s eager to find a loving home where he can feel safe and blossom into the loyal companion he’s meant to be.Stay tuned as we continue to learn more about his personality and watch him grow into the amazing dog he truly is!- - - - -Before being rescued, many of our dogs have had limited socialization, so they may need a bit of time to adjust to life as a family pet. Older kids are often a great fit for our dogs, and homes with younger children will be considered based on each dog’s individual needs. Skills like house training and leash walking may take a little extra patience and practice. However, with understanding and a gentle hand, most of these dogs adapt quite quickly.
