Story
Meet Benny – A Loyal Heart in Need of a Forever HomeBenny is a 7-year-old American English Coonhound with a heart full of love and loyalty. Sadly, he was surrendered because he didn’t do well with goats, but he gets along wonderfully with other dogs, cats, and even chickens! At first, Benny can be a little nervous, but once he warms up, he’s as devoted as they come. When his humans left, we walked him outside, and he went straight to the parking spot where they had just driven away, looking confused and heartbroken. It was clear that Benny didn’t understand why he had been left behind in such a scary new place.Benny has been both an indoor and outdoor dog, and he’s housebroken and crate trained. He’s a very smart boy who just needs a patient, loving family to give him the security he craves. His previous owners were devastated to part with him, but we know the right home is out there for him—a place where he will be cherished forever. If you’re looking for a loyal, loving companion, Benny is ready to be by your side. Could you be the home he’s waiting for? ??
