This little bully mix hoss is ready for his new home! He’s a very sweet and loving/cuddly boy; is a Velcro, loves humans (adult and children alike), and has been playful with the resident dog in his foster home. A home where his people are home more often than not would be most ideal; he’s a little “naughty” as far as occasionally getting into things he shouldn’t, and he needs some work on house training. Needs some practice with leash-walking; doesn’t pull, but doesn’t move at all! Won’t attempt stairs, but can possibly be taught how to navigate! Overall just a totally affectionate and cuddly clown! Scorpion has been neutered, is UTD on vaccines, microchipped, and heartworm tested. He will come with 6 months of Heartworm prevention and 30 days of pet insurance for his new family.

This pretty little English Bulldog girl is called Natasha and she is guessed to be 8 years or a little more, and weighs 42 lb. She was found at a construction site wandering as a stray in a small town in Middle Tennessee. The people that found her couldn't believe that such a sweet girl could possibly be lost. After posts were made on Facebook and social media, no one ever came forward to claim her. The shelter was full at her small town and the people that found her just could not take her there even if it could accept her. She's too special. This little girl is recovering from a former flea infestation and has some patches on her back that are missing hair but growing hair back now. She's got the normal senior hip arthritis and needs some pain meds from time to time and some good joint medicine will help a great deal. Her teeth are good, her eyesight is fine and her sweet personality is over the top of the chart. She's affectionate with everyone and oh so sweet. We have found her to be good with other dogs and housebroken. We have not tried her with cats, but she seems to have the personality that would be loving and welcoming to all creatures that she meets. She walks a little slower as can be expected at her age, but she exudes a gratitude for having been given a place to stay. As they always say, a rescue dog will always let you know that they appreciate what you have done for them. With Natasha you can see it in her eyes and her spirit. She is a joy that someone needs to have in their life. If you understand the Bulldog breed, then you will be happy to know that this is a rare girl to be offered. She's healthy and all other ways except a little arthritis and missing a little bit of hair. Natasha is special and we are looking for that very special person or family to adopt her. Sandra is a mellow sweet girl who is housebroken, crate trained, rides well in car, etc. She has been good with non invasive dogs. She is heartworm negative, vaccinated, dewormed, microchipped. She is has been bathed and nails trimmed. This cute brindle bully mix is on mthly Nextgard + flea/hw prevention. Spay has been scheduled. PLEASE READ ENTIRE POST AVAILABLE FOR ADOPTION - POPPY BREED - French Bulldog mix SIZE - About 20 pounds AGE - 3 years GENDER - Female MEDICAL CONCERNS - None known BEHAVIOR CONCERNS - None known SPECIAL CONSIDERATIONS - Poppy is a lovely little girl ready to join her forever family! She came to us recently from an NC shelter partner. They had spent weeks trying to catch her as she roamed in fear and became emaciated. As soon as she arrived we felt something was not right with her, and an X-ray showed she had an impacted colon. Surgery revealed this sweet girl was eating wood, fibers and anything else she could find to stay alive. She was only a little over half what her normal weight should have been. Poppy has now recovered from the surgery and the ordeal, and is in good health. She has steadily put on weight and is learning to love and trust humans. She is gentle, quiet, and good with the other dogs in rescue. Poppy has been spayed, microchipped, given all her vaccines, and she has tested negative for heart worms. Poppy is now 18 pounds, and should top out at about 20 pounds. She is on the small side, and a perfect size for most homes! We are seeking a home with an adopter who has the ability to work from home or be at home the majority of the day to continue to help Poppy attach to humans. Her time on the run has made her tentative, though she is quickly learning to trust.A home with a fenced, secure yard is a must.
