My name is Junebug. I am around 4-5 years old and am a bulldog or maybe a bulldog mix. My favorite activities are lounging, eating, and belly rubs! Although I’m 65 pounds, I would love nothing more than to sit in your lap and stream your favorite show! I love snuggles and would prefer to be the only dog in the home receiving them. I’m a sweet, goofy girl that loves a routine. At times, I can get over-excited but I’m easily corrected. I can also be a little bossy so someone who has dog experience and can properly correct me would be good. A home with adults only would be the ideal fit for me. Reba hadn’t been fed for days and was incredibly thirsty, but despite her rough circumstances, she greeted us with nothing but love. It’s clear she recently had puppies, and her gentle, nurturing nature shines through. From the moment we found Reba, she was cuddly, sweet, and so happy to be with people. Her big, warm brown eyes are filled with gratitude and will surely steal your heart. She has shown no issues with other dogs and would do wonderfully in a home where she’s loved and cared for. This sweet girl deserves nothing less than a home where she will be treated with kindness and compassion — just as she treats everyone she meets. I’ve never met a stranger, so don’t be surprised if I greet you with plenty of kisses when we’re introduced. I have the cutest one ear up, one ear down look, and my wrinkles make me super squishable! My personality is the perfect mix of playful and chill. I love food, toys, and snuggles—especially snuggles! I’m great at entertaining myself (my foster mom laughs when I toss my toys up and pounce on them), but I also have a blast playing with other dogs. And to top it off, I definitely pass the good boy vibe check—I’m potty and crate trained, and I know how to walk on my leash. Personality Roo is a very loving dog that gets along great with her foster home’s other 3 larger dogs. She loves to cuddle. She is full of energy and loves to run. She is doing fantastic with behavior, is crate trained, house trained and does well on leash. She is learning to fetch and will sit on command. A smart, cuddly, happy girl. Background Roo was found in September near Louetta Rd and Forrest Lodge Dr in north west Houston (Heatherwood Village Entrance). She willingly and happily got into her finder’s car. She was not chipped and had no collar when found. Has been fostered by her finder for many months as they attempted to locate a possible owner. She was listed on multiple lost /found pet social media pages and websites, but there were no responses. She was in good shape and overweight when found.
