My name is Junebug.   I am around 5-6 years old and am a bulldog or maybe a bulldog mix. My favorite activities are lounging, eating, and belly rubs!  Although I’m 65 pounds, I would love nothing more than to sit in your lap and stream your favorite show!  I love snuggles and would prefer to be the only dog in the home receiving them.  I’m a sweet, goofy girl that loves a routine.  At times,  I can get over-excited but I’m easily corrected. I can also be a little bossy so someone who has dog experience and can properly correct me would be good.  A home with adults only would be the ideal fit for me. Sweet boy Porkchop (also goes by Koda) is a gem, who loves other dogs. He is very well behaved, mild mannered, obedient pup. He is 4 yo and weighs 60 lb. He was rescued from a Houston shelter and he has been great at boardings and foster homes. Like all bulldogs, breed experience is mandatory to adopt our bulldogs. Koda is very calm, gentle, and velcro pup. He likes to stay with his human, and is a velcro pup. He loves his chew toys and treats. She is not a couch potato, has plenty of energy, but will settle down and cuddle while watching TV with you. She LOVES squeaky toys, tennis balls, and treat puzzles. Nova is a 35lb adult (5yr-ish) French bulldog mix. She is incredibly sweet and affectionate and would love to find a forever home. She is still working on her housetraining (great with #1, still working on #2). She walks perfectly on a leash and adores snuggles and couch naps. She loves to show her excitement by wagging her whole body! She came into the rescue with a number of health issues - like most Frenchies - and needs an adopter who understands the financial committments of owning this wonderful, but expensive breed. She had a corneal ulcer (being treated with eye medication), a UTI (treated), unaltered (we fixed her), and with heartworms (she's on the slow kill treatment). Brownie is an 11-month-old bull terrier mix with a big heart and an even bigger personality. She is a happy, cuddly girl who loves to play and soak up attention. Brownie gets along well with other dogs, is okay with cats, and brings lots of fun energy wherever she goes. She can be a bit strong-willed and excitable, but that just adds to her charm.Still very much a puppy, Brownie is crate trained, house trained, and already knows a variety of tricks. She is eager to learn more and loves working with her people, especially when snacks are involved. If you would like more information about MuDeng or are interested in adopting her, please send an email to freddielove5@yahoo.com MuDeng is her nickname because she reminds us of the Thai pygmy hippo. We met her when she was running into traffic at Studewood and 11th while we were walking home after dropping our kids off at school in the morning. She didn’t run away so we took her home. We took her to the vet and learned she had no chip and they estimated she was 4-6 months old. MuDeng gets along really well with our 2 dogs and loves to play and cuddle. She is really sweet, great with kids and other dogs. She loves to play, and she is energetic and smart! She has quickly learned “sit”. She took to the doggy crate we had for our dog without hesitation and sleeps quietly throughout the night (our dog wants it back). We are working on potty training. She is good on the leash and has a very distinct, proud trot. MuDeng doesn’t show any signs of trauma (our other rescues did when we got them.) She is calm and quiet when she is on her own and likes to sit on the sofa (she is not allowed but insists so we are working on that.)
