Story
Biggie is a 3 yr old tri-Merle English bulldog with all of his certificates. My family and I adopted Biggie when he was a puppy from a breeder. He is such a sweet, mellow guy who sometimes gets rambunctious. He is very protective which led him to not being socialized very well. He is amazing with my young children but I haven’t tried to bring other dogs or people around him. When guest are over I always put him away so no accidents happen. He used to be very kind so most likely my fault for not socializing him correctly. I’m sure with proper training and patients he’ll be back to being social and listening to commands. He was around and did fine with a cat we had previously. Usually left her alone with occasional play. My family and I are moving out of country and where we’re moving to said he’s technically an “aggressive breed” so this is why I cannot bring him and trying to adopt him to the perfect person/family.

HI - I'M FABULOUS FIZZIE! I'm a beautiful 3-year-old bulldog girl in need of a forever home! I was rescued from an overcrowded California shelter in the nick of time, and now am in a foster home. Story
Harley or Harley Quinn was meant to be a breading dog by a friend of a friend. We offered to take her and relocate her to a loving home instead of her going to the pound. We now have had her for a while due to falling in love with her but need to take 2 cats due to my sister moving and need to find Harley her loving forever home. Harley is fully crate trained but really does need some obedience training. She is a good girl but needs someone that can give her the effort she needs to be fully trained. She is going to turn 3 years old in January.

These pups are in Portland, Oregon too!

Story
Meet Cheerio! She is currently 4 weeks old, and we think she may be a Pit Bull Terrier mixed with Frenchie or pug, but with rescue it’s always a guess! Her mom is only about 35 lbs. The babies are so small so may end up medium sized - too cute! This puppy is from a part of the US where puppies are regularly euthanized. So, this puppy needs you! If you choose a puppy from this rescue, it saves their life AND it also allows us to save the life of another in its place. Cheerio is playful, sweet, curious, and cuddly. She loves to play with her siblings and take lots of naps. Eat, sleep, play, repeat- such is puppy life! Cheerio is the smallest of her family and sooo cute! Cheerio is still young so she will need a family that can commit to training, socialization and all the dedication puppyhood requires. Her new family will need to continue with potty and crate training and daily exercise. We require a commitment from adoptive families to crate train their new puppy. When old enough, they will be perfect to go on walks and hikes or show off around your neighborhood. You will be guaranteed to get lots of kisses in return from your new best friend! Application link: https://adopt.animalsfirst.com/animal/62cc8e128b02916730334440/671af81dea49c545300c3cf8 Please email tim@threelittlepittiesrescue.org with any questions. Available for adoption in NV, MT, CO,UT, ID, OR, WA, Canada, and now the East Coast! Our PNW dogs are brought to you in style by a beautiful USDA licensed semi-truck, equipped with air conditioning for comfort, two drivers, and 2 onboard attendants providing 24 hour care. Our East Coast route will travel in a private, air conditioned 3LP-run van transport. Pick up day is unforgettable! You will get to follow along on their journey through a private FB Event page, where you will see photos, have the opportunity to connect with other adopters, and receive updates and constant communication along the way. One of our Adoption Coordinators can help to find the closest transport pick up location to you! The adoption fee is $900.00 and includes all vetting as recommended by our doctor: DAPP (2 to 4 depending on age and time in the program), Bordetella, Rabies vaccine (if old enough), multiple broad spectrum deworming treatments, spay/neuter, flea prevention, 2 months of heartworm preventative, extended medical such as dentals, eye surgeries, and orthopedic surgeries prior to adoption when suggested by our partner vets, a microchip with free lifetime registration, a high quality nylon Martingale collar for dogs over 4 months old, a health certificate deeming the pup healthy for travel, cost of transport*, and many priceless years of love and loyal companionship! *WE ARE TOLD THAT WE GO ABOVE AND BEYOND MEDICALLY. This is the feedback we tend to get, although we cannot guarantee perfect health. *To fully vet a dog in the PNW or the NE at many vets it would be upwards of $1,800 just to fix, vaccinate, chip, etc. The adoption fees charged by our rescue do not cover our expenses medically for each animal, but we offset costs with donations. Your adoption fee is considered a donation towards actual costs. Why adopt from Three Little Pitties? The stray and animal overpopulation in the Greater Houston area is the highest in the nation. Statistics show that there are over 1 million homeless animals in this region alone. Three Little Pitties Rescue is a nonprofit dog and cat rescue that partners with the community to make a difference. Our mission is to reduce the homeless pet population through community outreach, free spay and neuter services, and saving all breeds of dogs and cats from the streets or animal shelters that oftentimes have no other option but to euthanize animals for space. This dog you’ve found online is lucky to be in our program, and even luckier to have you notice it! Three Little Pitties wants to set you and your new pet up for success! We know our dogs and we work hard to prepare them socially for adoption. We are a network of dedicated people who are heavily invested in seeing our animals thrive. From the moment they are accepted into our program, our Intake, Behavior & Medical teams prepare them for adoption by properly vetting, behaviorally assessing, and providing customized plans depending on the dog’s needs. We seek to adopt to families who understand that these are rescue dogs and will require continued training efforts, but will be well on their way to being the best dogs that they can be! It doesn’t stop there! Our adopters also receive these special perks: • 30 day trial of pet insurance with Trupanion (must register within 24 hours of first vet appt.) • A free private online dog training session with GoodPup plus low pricing for future sessions (approx $25 weekly for an 8 week course of one session per week) • One free bonus toy in every BarkBox when signing up for their Super Chewer subscription plan • 70% off of your first order of Fetch, a PNW based, organic fresh dog food loaf meal subscription plan • Coupons for a fun visit to Petco • Access to our exclusive FB Adopters page, where you can network for play dates, resources, and connect with other adopters that share their passion for their adopted pup! We celebrated our 6 year anniversary this year! Through the combined efforts of all of our hardworking staff and volunteers, we have placed over 12,000 very lucky dogs and cats into amazing homes! By adopting from us, you save TWO lives! The pet you adopt, and you create an opportunity for another animal to be saved in that spot. Together, we can be heroes. Follow our rescue journey through the links below! https://www.threelittlepittiesrescue.org/ https://www.facebook.com/threelittlepittiesrescue https://www.instagram.com/threelittlepittiesrescue *Due to the rising cost of fuel and transportation expenses, there will be an additional $74 surcharge for transport. DISCLAIMER- Breed type is determined based on general appearance and behavioral characteristics, and cannot be guaranteed unless DNA test results or AKC registration were provided at intake.

Story
Sasha is an amazing female shar-pei that acts much younger than her age. She would love an active household that includes her in activities. Sasha is very smart and takes direction/correction well. She has been fostering as an only dog, but can be good with other dogs after appropriate slow introductions and does best with dogs that are neutral or not reactive. She has been on overnights to a friends' home with small dogs, but has had less exposure to larger dogs. This girl loves to please! She loves toys, walks on a leash/harness (but could use some more practice), knows "sit", "stay", "heel" and "come", and is potty trained. She is not used to being crated at her current foster home. She may briefly barky at strangers, but warms up quickly, particularly in her foster home. Strange dogs get an equally barky reception, but with guidance and time, we believe she's totally up for a four-legged bff, but would be just as happy or happier (?) as an only dog, getting all of your attention and love! &#226&#157&#164&#239&#184&#143 Sasha loves attention and hanging out in the yard. (She would really like a yard.) She will chase the occasional squirrel and loves to bird watch. She has a lot of energy and would love regular walks and fun. But she can be a snuggly couch companion, giving eskimo kisses, too! This girl is spayed, microchipped and is up to date on vaccines. She would do best in a home without small toddlers, but has been on sleepovers with kids aged 7+ without issue. Did we mention she is also drop dead gorgeous??? Sasha is fostering in Northern California (Napa area).November 6, 2024, 2:40 pm

Story
Meet Theodore! He came into rescue as an owner surrender when they could no longer provide the time and care he needed. Theo is an adorable 4-5yr old male who is good with dogs, cats and children (was living with a 10yr old & 6yr old). Did we mention he is also crate trained? Theo needs & deserves an owner with breed experience. His coat is a work in progress and while it is improving, it will be important that his new family continue to keep him on high quality food, supplements, etc. He weighs approximately 60lbs although his ideal weight is closer to 50-55lbs. Theo has experienced rectal prolapse in the past and is currently on an Rx diet which he may need to remain for the duration of his life so please only apply if you are committed to continuing this plan for him.  We promise he is worth it! Theo is neutered, microchipped and UTD on vaccines.  He is fostering in Portland, OR.November 7, 2024, 3:36 pm
