This very special purebred English bulldog girl is called Natasha she's a fabulous representation of the English bulldog breed. Found is a stray at a construction side in a very rural county of Tennessee, this girl immediately captured the hearts of those that saw her tied up with just a bag of food sitting next to her. She is 8 to 10 years of age and we're thinking more eight rather than 10. Weighing in at 42 lb she's the perfect size and she does have sometimes a little slow gait and glucosamine with chondroitin and some joint meds definitely are in order at this stage of her middle-aged life. Her foster mom had never been around a English bulldog and was very curious as to how much she would learn about the breed by fostering. She was so pleasantly surprised and has enjoyed this delightful, happy, casually easy going, mellow girl. She is housebroken she is crate trained she is great with young children, a potbelly pig, a donkey, some horses, cats and dogs alike. There is no living thing that breathes that she doesn't like and will try to get to know. You hardly know she's around because she's so quiet and just so tranquil and peaceful. Natasha may be a little on the older side than you might think of adopting, but you need to trust us when we say she will be one of the best dogs you've ever had cross the threshold of your home and heart. She brightens everyone's day and loves her way deep into your soul so quickly. We love Natasha and you will too. Give her a chance to prove to you that you made the best dog rescue decision ever. Cleo is a 2 1/2 year old "XL-Bully" recently surrendered to the shelter. Cleo is a fun, affectionate girl that knows several commands- beauty AND brains! Cleo can sometimes be unsure at first meeting new people, but comes around quickly. She is extremely strong on a leash and will require continued training to work with that. I sat in a kill shelter for as long as I can remember with a shattered pelvis and both of my hips broken. I couldn't even stand. I sat there for months and finally, my time was up. I didn't even have any pain meds, but I had so much love to give. Every time a shelter employee came by, I wiggled in hopes of getting a moment of their affection. I adore human love! The only thing that got me through it was thinking of a forever home. I got rescued just in time and went straight to a vet for surgery. Now, I have brand new hips and am back to the wiggle butt I was born to be! I am still waiting for my forever home though. Won't you please consider letting me dance around with you and show you all the love I have to offer? I am a HUGE KISSER and love to give smooches of gratitude all day long. I love other dogs, just ones that are really rambunctious scare me a bit, so I feel safer around more relaxed pups. I love toys and have so much fun throwing them around the yard.
