Betty is a complete mess! But she is so special and personable, she is the most beautiful soul - inside as well as out.Betty was scheduled for euthanasia. For no reason other than a skin condition. She was missing 90% of her fur, itchy, covered in wounds and scabs. She is looking and doing better, she is on a hypoallergenic food and sees a doggie dermatologist to see if there is anything else we should or could be doing for her. She loves cuddles and bum scratches and is looking forward to having her own fur back so she no longer has to wear sweaters and coats!Betty is so special and personable, she is the most beautiful soul - inside as well as out.Betty was scheduled for euthanasia. Bigger dogs I'm learning to get along with but I'm picky. I love my fresh fruit and veggies as I love food but I have certain allergies to things. I'm working on growing out my hair slowly I'm just a little prickly but I love having my shirts and sweaters for winter as they help me look beautiful, don't let that scare you that I'm a little bald. I walk well on the leash unless I get excited then I tend to pull towards what I want. I would love to find a home where I'm the only one who gets attention as I do get a little jealous but I can share if I have to.We require professional obedience training from a certified trainer for ALL adoptions. This sweet Bully girl was found on the streets and the rescuer was unable to find her owner. We are getting more info from the vet but we think she is around 1-2 years old. Squatty short girl fully grown, housetrained and loves bones/chew toys. She is very independent and might need to be in a home with no other pets. No cats or small dogs because she does have a prey drive. If you would like to meet this sweet girl her adoption fee is $150, spayed, up to date of shots, microchipped and fecal tested.

** PLEASE EMAIL questions, please DO NOT call. We are a volunteer based group and are unable to handle the call volume. WE HOLD ADOPTIONS ON SATURDAYS & SUNDAYS FROM 10-4 PM at our Adoption Center. Our adoption center is located next to CAL Ranch at 232 North Jones (I-95) Suite 170. NO APPOINTMENT NECESSARY, just walk right in. Kimbo is about 6 yrs old and weighs about 65 lbs. His family did not ask permission at the rental home and was caught, They are being forced to rehome him. He needs a diet and short walks to shed some pounds. He is typical bulldog, eat and sleep but does enjoy squeaky toys and frisbee. He is good with old kids, unknown with younger ones. He is a bit of a 'bull in a china shop' kind of guy so may knock those little ones down. He is not bad with other dogs, but does not like them in his personal space and right up in his face. A verbal correction works to correct. More will be known about me soon. A Path 4 Paws holds adoption events at our Adoptions Center, located at 232 N. Jones Blvd, Suite 170 right next to CAL Ranch (North Jones/ I-95). Please bring your dog(s) for a meet and greet (if applicable) Please bring your entire family so everyone can meet. If you are interested in Kimbo, please contact dogrescuelv@hotmail.com to confirm the dog you are interested in, will be attending that particular event. We have limited space at the store, therefore we can not take every dog out to the event. This pet comes with 30 days of free post-adoption support through Petcademy.org . This benefit includes free access to Petcademy's team of trainers/behaviorists, as well as access to online materials that will help you settle Kimbo into your home. You can text unlimited questions to Petcademy and they'll respond within 24 hours, Monday-Friday. This pet is spayed/neutered, has current vaccinations and includes a microchip, deworming and 2 free vet visits, including a Healthy Start Certificate with the VCA Hospitals with a $250 health credit (restrictions apply). Adoption fee applies. Please make sure you have read the information listed on the homepage for requirements and restrictions. Foster homes & volunteers are always needed.
