She’s Sassy. Silly and Affectionate. Meet Chickpea - a small Fawn TriColored English Bulldog She was a breeder mama dog, protective and bossy. She’s done with boys dogs and dogs in general but is curious and will smell then try to dominate if allowed. She’d like a human to treat her like a princess and let her snore all day and give belly rubs, butt scratches. She is crate trained and follows routines well. She does not cue to when she needs to potty (likely a result of being an outdoor breeder dog). Due to her lack of house training and humping behavior - she would benefit from a breed experienced owner. She does not currently exhibit any allergies or medical needs. Compact size and now a healthy weight of 40 lbs. Vet guessed her to be just 4 years old, her teeth are white and no signs of aging. Heartworm treated and on prevention, vaccinated, microchipped and spayed. Hoping to be in her new home by the Holidays. Chickpea could be a city girl, live in a condo or apartment - go on leashed walks for exercise, sleep in a crate to stay out of trouble and enjoy patio time with humans OR live in a home with kids and a yard - her size and love of people make her a great family dog. Chickpea does jump up to give hugs since she's short and got little legs - she gives kisses. FOSTERED IN TEXAS *Adoption Fee includes fee on transport to PNW, Midwest or NY-NJ-CT-VA-VT states by pet transport partners. Canadian Adopters must meet transport in Bellingham, Washington. Beautiful Chocolate Meryl. 4 years old. 12/31/21 birthdate. Loving dog with adults. She likes to cuddle. We are re-homing her as she is not great with children under 10. She gets anxious with loud behavior and acts out with aggressive behavior toward children. Mira is crate trained and house broken. She is an awesome pup, but she is unpredictable with our youngest child. She is not great with other pets that she does not know well. She is alpha female. Needs a great home with single owner or a couple that will give her tons of kisses, keep her clean, and attend to any bulldog health needs. She is a healthy girl, just loves her kibble. Microchipped and spayed. Never had any issues with cherry eye. Prefer bulldog experienced adopter as they do require more attention. This is an incredibly tough decision as we have raised her since she was a puppy. We love her deeply and are hopeful that we will find her the perfect placement.

Meet Desire, also known as Dee Dee! Dee Dee came to us when she was found as a stray in Detroit and ended up at an overcrowded shelter. Her HEROS (foster mom & dad) swooped her up to safety and the rest is history! We estimate Dee Dee to be 3 years old and she currently weighs 37 lbs. She could use a couple extra meals 😉 Dee Dee is spayed, up to date on vaccines and microchipped. She currently lives with multiple cats and dogs and LOVES them all! Dre Dee is doing great with her potty training and when she can’t hold it has started using pee pads. She is a SUPER smart girl who has already master SIT, and is eager to learn more!
