Story
Wilson is a 5-year-old full breed English Bulldog. Wilson has been with our family since he was a puppy. Typing this now brings a wave of fresh tears. Wilson is lovable, human friendly and looking for that one person to give him all the love. Our family is fast moving, with lots of kids coming in and out of the home. As Wilson gets on in years his need for quiet and peace has become most important to him. Please contact me if you are a chill, no child household, that likes to take multiple short walks a day and play tug of war.

Story
This very special purebred English bulldog girl is called Natasha she's a fabulous representation of the English bulldog breed. Found is a stray at a construction side in a very rural county of Tennessee, this girl immediately captured the hearts of those that saw her tied up with just a bag of food sitting next to her. She is 8 to 10 years of age and we're thinking more eight rather than 10. Weighing in at 42 lb she's the perfect size and she does have sometimes a little slow gait and glucosamine with chondroitin and some joint meds definitely are in order at this stage of her middle-aged life. Her foster mom had never been around a English bulldog and was very curious as to how much she would learn about the breed by fostering. She was so pleasantly surprised and has enjoyed this delightful, happy, casually easy going, mellow girl. She is housebroken she is crate trained she is great with young children, a potbelly pig, a donkey, some horses, cats and dogs alike. There is no living thing that breathes that she doesn't like and will try to get to know. You hardly know she's around because she's so quiet and just so  tranquil and peaceful.  Natasha may be a little on the older side than you might think of adopting, but you need to trust us when we say she will be one of the best dogs you've ever had cross the threshold of your home and heart.  She brightens everyone's day and loves her way deep into your soul so quickly. We love Natasha and you will too. Give her a chance to prove to you that you made the best dog rescue decision ever. Contact Critter Cavalry Rescue at ccrtennessee@gmail.com If you are interested. Please tell us what city and state you live in. She is in Tennessee and we transport to the Northeast for adoptions as well as adopting in the Middle Tennessee area   PLEASE NOTE:  Our dogs are transported from Tennessee to meeting places in the states where we have posted.  Further information about us is given on our Adopt-A-Pet site.  The adoption fees vary and will be provided as well as noted on the application you receive.  Contact us at 615-661-5333 or ccrnewengland@gmail.comNovember 7, 2024, 10:11 pm

Kobe's friendly nature, boundless energy, and love for humans make him an exceptional companion for anyone seeking an active and affectionate pet. Kobe's unique personality, stemming from his mix of bulldog and beagle traits, sets him apart. He finds joy in toys, belly rubs, laps, and hugs, making every interaction a delightful experience. If you're someone with an active lifestyle, Kobe could be your perfect running or hiking partner, showcasing his potential as a fantastic fit for individuals or families who love outdoor activities. This charismatic pup not only loves human companionship but also enjoys playing with other dogs. Currently residing in boarding, he eagerly awaits the opportunity to be a part of a loving family. Are you the one who can offer Kobe the active lifestyle and affection he craves? This provides for an easier transition into a new home, ensures the dog remains well socialized, and helps form a bond between the dog and the new family.           Adoption fees cover basic vetting, spay/neuter surgery (at partner vet if not fixed before adoption), rabies, distemper/parvo vaccinations, treatment for worms, heartworm testing, monthly heartworm prevention and monthly flea/tick prevention (while the animal is in our care), and transport costs from high-kill shelter. Please note that on average, K-9 Lifesavers spend significantly more on each dog than their adoption fee. Adoption fee for HW positive dog also covers heartworm treatment at our partner vets. Foster Program:    Foster homes provide for the temporary care of a rescue until the dog is placed into a loving, forever home.  For more information on becoming a foster parent, and our Foster Program, visit  http://www.k-9lifesavers.org/foster/  or email our Foster Coordinator at  foster@k-9lifesavers.orgSponsor Me!    Make a  tax-deductible donation  today by visiting us at http://www.k-9lifesavers.org/donate/.
