Hi, I'm Coop! I'm just a pup but I've got a heart full of courage. I was abandoned all alone at a hunting camp. I’m a survivor and even though it was hard, I took care of myself until help came and saved me. I'm feisty, sure, but that’s only so the big dogs can’t push me around. I'm also a super cuddle bug. I love to play, chase my tail, and snuggle up for a good nap. I'm a bundle of joy and I promise to fill your life with laughter and love. Adopt me and let's make a lifetime of memories together. If pre-approved, you have first priority & can usually take home your new best friend the same day! *Please note that there is no obligation to adopt by completing an application.* **All dogs are required to have complete vet services, including shots, rabies, spay/neuter and microchip, which are included in the Adoption Fee. Some dogs may still require completion of these services due to current age, size, breed and/or health. All vet services must be done at the vet clinic used by Once Upon a Tail Rescue.

Story
I purchased her from a lady who decided not to use her breeding. I have tried for the last 15 months to work with her on her potty issues but I'm losing the battle. She likes to pee on anything that is cloth which includes furniture, bedding, rugs, and bathmats. I have removed all rugs, bathmats and her dog beds from the house. The dog beds were removed because she pees on the bed then sleeps on it. She sleeps on a rubber kitchen mat because she doesn't pee on it. She does get along with children, but she can be jealous of my grandchildren when I give them attention. She can be a little hyper when the children first get to the house but settles down after 15 min. She jumps and licks on them. My grandchildren are 10, 8, 1. She needs to be housed with a single or married couple that can give her the attention she wants. They must be able to work with her on pee training. She does go to doggie daycare on occasion, so she is socialized.
