Story
Lola enjoys meeting new people and is generous with her affection. She is a Bulldog mix and is approximately 7 years old. She needs lifelong medication for her chronic dry eye and environmental allergies, both of which are under good control with her current regimen. She recently had to have her right eye removed but has healed well from the surgery. She is current on all vaccines, heartworm negative, and microchipped. She is house-trained and crate-trained. She would love a new home where she can get the attention and affection she so enjoys. She should be placed as an only dog, as she does not get along with other dogs.

Story
This is dozer, a 5 year old English bulldog. Dozer first came to me at 12 weeks old. I had him for 2 years and he was rehomed due to ongoing costs anssociated with eye and anxiety issues to a not so loving home (unknown to me). He was not taken care of properly and more than likely experienced quite a bit of abuse. I have been nurturing him back to better health since late November of last year after getting a call from a kill shelter stating if I did not pick him up he would be euthanized. He currently requires eyedrops 2-3 times daily and is medicated twice a day for his anxiety. Through all of his struggles he has remained the sweetest boy. I am still unable to keep up with his ongoing medical expenses but, before rehoming him again I wanted to ensure he was back to full health. He will be neutered prior to being rehomed and sent with full refills of his current medications. He will require a visit to an eye specialist relatively soon that I will be unable to pay for.

Chunk is a bit of special boy, he's very dog neutrally and friendly, he gets along great with them and could live with them. However, when he does live with another dog, it makes him lose trust in humans and causes him to bite when he's afraid, though he never does this in a home without other dogs. So, a home where he can be the only dog would be best or in a home with 1 other mellow dog. Chunk has spent 12 weeks of professional training with Lee Johnson of BeSpokeK9 and is practicing being his best self and his new and improved leash skills! Chunk comes with lifetime assistance from his trainer @boooshank (IG), group classes for the rest of his life, 1:1 lessons, boarding options and priority swimming pool slots for anyone who takes a chance on this amazing guy! Chunk is a special boy and looking for his special family He loves to play, very food motivated and enjoys walks! He gets triggered by loud noises, quick movements and will bark when he wants cuddles. Chunk is a very healthy English Bulldog and doesn't even have most of their allergies or skin concerns that typically accompany the breed. Without dogs, he is absolutely perfect, cuddly, affectionate, and calm. He'll follow you around the house and try to be a lap dog whenever he can! Chunk needs a very structured home, where boundaries are enforced and kept. Chunk is being fostered in Fairfield, CA. I’m a laid-back girl who loves the simple things in life—sunbathing, chewing on tough toys, and taking long, dreamy naps. I’ll admit, I’m a little shy and unsure when meeting new people, especially men, but once I know I can trust you, I’ll be your loyal companion. I think I’d fit best in a calm, introverted household with people who understand my need for patience and consistency. I’m neutral around other dogs, as long as we’re introduced slowly and properly. If there’s already a mellow dog in your home, I think we could be great housemates. I spend most of my time in my crate because it helps me feel safe and gives me the structure I need. HI - I'M JULIE! I'm about 9 years young and a loving girl! I've been waiting for awhile for a home - not sure why nobody wants me, because I'm super cute. I only weigh about 52 lbs and am an affectionate snuggle bug. I prefer to be the only dog in the home and prefer people to dogs so would do best with a single person, a couple or a family with older kids. I'm not a fan of cats either, so no kitties for me please. I am in good athletic shape and still love to go for walks and hikes. And I love the water!
