DESCRIBE YOUR PERFECT DAY: My perfect day is waking up and immediately going outside to walk around and potty. I then come inside for a yummy breakfast and mid-morning nap. I get to go on a walk at lunch time and play in the yard before another nap after having a yummy treat. When my human is done with work, I like to play with my stuffed animal and end up snuggling with my human on the couch until dinner. I love having a routine and having foster siblings to cuddle with. My mom works from home, so I am able to be around humans and dogs. They love me, take care of me, and keep me safe. This is Piggy 🐷 she’s looking for a home where she can live out her days as queen bee and the only dog in the house. Good with kids, good with cats, 99% of the time good with other dogs but unfortunately the other 1% is why we have to find her a home. She has bitten our other dog multiple times now. She’s lazy, funny, snores and farts like any good English does, and would be a terrible hiking companion, but a wonderful friend. She’s not papered, came from a family who had an “oops litter”. We’ve had her since she was a baby, she turns 5 on 12/11/24. Clean bill of health (which is huge for the breed, iykyk), and up to date on vaccinations.

Then I do a big stretch, go potty, and get ready for breakfast. Sometimes, I go back to sleep for a bit afterward. Once I’m up, I’m ready to play, explore, and find something to chew on like my Benebone. I eat lunch and nap. I spend time chilling, playing tug-o-war, maybe have another nap, and more exploring. I take my medication at 7:00 p.m. sharp and start my bedtime routine of chewing a yak stick, and then snuggle and sleep. WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE TOY? Anything to tug-o-war and my yak stick. If you let me, I will nibble your fingers and toes. Sometimes I wrestle the dog bed and drag it as far as I can! DO YOU KNOW ANY TRICKS? No, but I know my name and I come when being called. I’m not sure about learning more. WHAT SCARES YOU? Sometimes loud noises and sudden overhead movement can be scary. I’m little, so people standing over me make me cower or try to get away. Treats always help when you want me to do tricks. I’m easily persuaded with food. 😁 WHAT SCARES YOU? Cleaning stuff! I hate when foster mama cleans. The vacuum, mop, leaf blower, spray… I must protect the household from all of it. Either that, or she can just stop cleaning! 🤔 HAVE YOU BEEN AROUND CHILDREN? DO YOU LIKE THEM? I don't have any children in my foster home, but I have met one kiddo and he was a pretty neat little fella who I can hang with. DO YOU LIKE CATS? I’m not sure I even know what a cat is!😺 HOW DO YOU FEEL ABOUT OTHER DOGS? I love my doggy foster sister and brother! It may take me some time to warm up to other dogs, but once I do, I love them with my whole heart. ❤️ Just set me up for success with slow introductions, please! IF YOU COULD BE ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD, WHERE WOULD IT BE? Anywhere my humans are! HOW IS YOUR HEALTH? I am happy and healthy. I snore a lot, but everybody knows that about Frenchies, right? We are world-class snorers! 😬 WHO DO YOU LIVE WITH YOUR FOSTER HOME AND WHO IS YOUR CLOSEST COMPANION? My foster mommies and doggy foster brother and sister! My foster mamas are my closest companions, but I love my foster brother and sister because we play and cuddle all day long! WHERE DO YOU HANG OUT WHEN YOU ARE HOME ALONE? In my kennel. I will put up a fuss for a bit when left alone, but then I just go to sleep. 💤 WHERE DO YOU SLEEP? In my kennel with my own comfy puppy bed and toys. 🧸 DO YOU LIKE WALKING ON A LEASH? I love going on walks and exploring the outdoors! I even know to sit so my foster mom can put the harness on before we go for our walks. I’m such a good girl, right?!? DO YOU HAVE ANY "NOT-SO-GREAT" HABITS THAT WE SHOULD KNOW ABOUT? FOR INSTANCE, DO YOU BARK OR DIG IN THE YARD? If I know you’re home, I want to be out and about with you. So if I’m in my kennel, I am pretty vocal with my complaints to management. 😜 And I am protective of what’s mine, especially when it comes to food, treats, and toys. So it is important to supervise playtime if toys are involved. And please give me private space to eat my meals so I can relax and eat peacefully. ARE YOU HOUSE TRAINED? (MEANING DO YOU GO POTTY OUTSIDE) My foster home has a doggy door and I know “Go potty outside” means it’s time to go outside to handle my business. I am very good at letting the humans know when I need to potty. ☺️ DO YOU LIKE WATER? I am not a fan of bath time, but I put up with it like a good girl. I’m not built for water activities, though, so I need to be kept safe from pools, please. WHAT DO YOU LOVE ABOUT YOUR FOSTER FAMILY? They show me patience and unconditional love and care. My doggy foster brother and sister have been so helpful, teaching me how to be a good dog and how to have fun! WHAT WAS YOUR LIFE LIKE BEFORE BEING BROUGHT INTO NORCAL BULLY BREED RESCUE? I don’t really remember much about it, actually. I just know I ended up in the shelter until NorCal Bully Breed Rescue saved me and found a wonderful foster family to help me. And now I am ready for my own loving forever home.
