Meet Lady Zaza A Sweet, Shy English Bulldog Looking for Her Forever Home
Meet Lady Zaza, a loving and resilient English Bulldog who’s learning what it means to be cherished and cared for in a home. Lady Zaza came to us from a heartbreaking puppy mill situation, but despite her past, she is quickly discovering the joys of a loving family. Estimated to be around 3 years old, Zaza is slowly blossoming into the gentle companion she was always meant to be.
What We Know About Lady Zaza:
• Personality: Lady Zaza is shy and timid at first, but she’s warming up quickly. She now knows that good behavior equals treats and love. She’s docile and sweet, and while she’s still learning how to trust, she’s making incredible progress every day.
• Learning to Love: Zaza is learning what it’s like to live in a home full of love. She’s discovering the magic of treats, comfy dog beds, and toys! Her favorite pastime is circling the house to gather toys, which she proudly takes to her crate. She’s especially fond of her favorite snuggle toys and has the cutest habit of leaving them in her crate for safekeeping.
• Training Progress: While she’s still a little unsure about the doggie door (she’ll go in but not out!), her foster mom is working diligently to help her overcome any fears. Zaza is making great strides every day, showing her smarts and eagerness to please.
• Social and Playful: Lady Zaza loves being around other dogs and is used to running with a pack. She shows zero signs of aggression and gets along well with other pets. She especially loves getting her booty scratched—this girl’s got a soft spot for affection!
• Health: Zaza recently underwent spaying and had an abnormal uterus with mass on her ovaries which was all removed and a small callous-like mass from her paw. She’s recovering well and shows no signs of any serious medical concerns. She is the typical bulldog with allergies and will need her wrinkles cleaned every other day and a healthy diet. She does have dry eye so an over-the-counter eye drop is a must have for beauty drawer.
