Story
Dolle, an Arabian Mau, has had a rough go of it, shot in the spine living on the streets of Kuwait. Dolle does need some special care because of her incontinence. Once you get a routine down, it's actually pretty easy. Bonus! No litter box needed! Dolle is very sweet, but still a little nervous from her travels. She is hand shy so moving slowly with her at first is best. Dolle loves pets, especially ear rubs. And she enjoys scooting around. Her foster in Kuwait says she gets along great with other cats. If a snuggly tv time buddy is what you are after, Dolle is your girl! She is spayed, vaccinated, microchipped, and tested FeLV negative. Dolle is FIV+. FIV is a feline-only virus that lowers a cat's immune system. With regular vet check-ups, many FIV+ kitties live long lives. FIV+ kitties can live with other cats as long as there is no fighting, as the virus is only passed through deep bites.

Story
Meet Guardian, the town weirdo! One thing you need to know about Guardian is he’s a screamer (not a meower.) feeling playful? Scream. Excited for breakfast? Scream. Mom/dad not awake yet? SCREAM. But holy cow can he SNUGGLE! This 16 pounder has actually been known to gallop like a horse across the room towards your lap once he sees his person sit on the couch. You can count on him to sleep with you in bed too! But sometimes he likes to lay on your head and groom your hair (we warned you from the beginning this guy was weird). He’s not a huge fan of being held or smothered in general but he will lay with you and ask for pets until the day is long. Guardian absolutely loves other kitties and would do great in a home with another playful buddy. His size and blunt play style can turn off a shy/subordinate cat, so we are hopeful he can find super brave and playful friends! Are you interested in owning the oddest cat you’ve ever met in your life? Then you and Guardian are meant to be! Guardian is FIV+ but that just means his immune system isn’t quite up to par so he should be monitored closely for any sicknesses as it may take him longer to recover. FIV+ cats can live with FIV-negative cats provided there is no fighting as the virus is transmitted through deep bite wounds. A Grade 2-3 heart murmur was auscultated during exam, however no signs of congestive heart failure noted.
