Story
Sherlock is approximately 8 years old, or a little more. He does take prescription dry food (Royal Canon, Hydrolyzed Protein), or he throws up... Sherlock would do better in a home with older children. Truly, he was born to roam the great outdoors and hunt! He has been an indoor cat for most of his life but we desperately want him to be adopted by someone who has some property and is willing to let him roam and be free. He was happiest when he could go outside, but we are not in a situation where he can do that currently, and won't be for a long time (if ever). His personality is feisty, but affectionate. He is not a lap cat, but he wants to be near his people. He has so much personality! Sherlock is potentially part Bengal cat, due to his personality, growly meow, size, and markings. As most do, we are seeking to re-home him with HEAVY hearts and are seeking just the right home where he will be happier.

Story
View all of our adoptabe cats and apply for Angela at https://www.lifelinecats.org/adoptable-cats Hi! I’m Angela. I did such a good job raising my 5 kittens, now I need some pampering of my own! I’m new to being around humans, but I’ve adapted really well. I always use the litter box and I know what the sound of a can opening means. I can be timid sometimes because it’s all new, but once my foster humans stop walking around I make my move. I climb up and curl up on their laps because there is really nothing I love nothing more than a good cuddle (except maybe food that comes from a can). Can I go home with you so we can cuddle?
