Story
 Shelby came in as a stray and went unclaimed! This beautiful 4 year old is good with dogs and is good with young kids. She came in already spayed. She appreciates chasing after some toys, but doesn’t bring it back all the time. She's pretty good on a leash though pulls a bit when she smells something she's interested in or doesn't think you're walking fast enough but she takes direction really well so she'll be a pro with just a little bit of consistent guidance. She has been known to jump a 6 foot fence, but she seems to do better without barriers! This mature lady is another female that is the whole package! She absolutely LOVES to be pet and coddled, so she would make a great couch potato!   If you would like to meet me, please visit our website and complete the pre-adoption application.  Once it has been processed then we can make a date to get together! All dogs are spayed/neutered, heartworm tested (if over 2 years old), vaccinated, dewormed, flea and tick treated, microchipped and more before adoption. Our adoption policies include: Application, Vet Reference, Landlord approval & Criminal Background Check. We do not do same day adoptions. We request that you call for an appointment after your application has been approved to come and visit the dog of your choice. If you have a dog currently, you should bring him/her along to meet the new dog so we can see how everyone interacts.  Please visit our website for additional information.
