Meet Hank — Your Loyal Adventure Buddy Hank is a 4-year-old male Australian Cattle Dog (Blue Heeler), about 38 lbs, located in North Texas. He is neutered, fully vaccinated, heartworm negative, and on prevention — ready for his next chapter! Hank is a sweet, devoted, and incredibly loyal boy who loves to play ball, chase a frisbee, and be close to his person. He’s the perfect mix of active and affectionate — happy to run and explore, then settle in for cuddles. ⨠The best things about Hank: Fully house-trained and well-mannered in the home Never destructive and has excellent house habits Rides great in the car — loves adventures Very trainable and responsive — knows commands and enjoys learning Friendly with people and has done well with visiting dogs Loves to play, explore, and cuddle Hank bonds deeply with his person and would thrive in a home that understands and appreciates this intelligent, loyal working breed. Our philosophy is to rescue highly adoptable dogs, have them live kennel-free in private homes for temperament assessments and individual personalities. We work hard to match EACH dog with the right family - kids or no kids, other dogs male or female and/or cats. With very rare exceptions all dogs over 6 months will be spayed or neutered PRIOR to adoption - dogs under 6 months will include a spay/neuter date AND referral info for lower-cost surgery if the adopter does not choose to use her or his personal vet. OUR VETS WILL NOT PERFORM SPAY NEUTER SURGERIES UNTIL DOG IS 6 MONTHS OLD.General Info - PLEASE READ!
