Story
We rescued Flynn (and his brother, Oliver) in May of 2018. They have been the sweetest, most loving dogs ever. They have never shown any kind of aggression towards anyone. For the first 3 years we had them, they barked maybe 5 times. It wasn't until we moved into a house with a dog next door that they learned barking was normal. haha My children have climbed all over them and the dogs just love it. Flynn is more energetic than Oliver. He is also the more loyal, "be right by your side always" dog. They both need more attention than we are able to give in this season of life. They need someone who can take them on walks and play with them daily. Flynn loves to play fetch and get belly rubs. We would love nothing more than for Flynn and Oliver to stay together wherever they are rehomed. They have never been apart for longer than 1 night.

Story
Honey Bear will be the sweetest cub in your pack! Honey Bear is a delightfully active pup and unBEARably adorable. She is affectionate, smart, and so very soft. She loves to play in the water, and tussle with her foster siblings. She plays well with other dogs, unsure about cats or farm animals. She is motivated by food and attention and loves her humans unconditionally. She will be a medium-sized dog with energy to burn but don’t worry, she naps too! Honey is looking for someone who wants to be active with their dog. She can be your new hiking or cool-weather running buddy. Another dog in the home would be a bonus. She will benefit from obedience training, as any working breed does. Honey sleeps well in a crate near you at night. We think she will do best in a home where she won’t need to be crated for long when her humans are away. Her anxiety has decreased but if left more than 4-6 hours will often have potty in her crate. She just can’t hold it too long. She uses a doggie door and has virtually stopped having accidents inside. If you don’t have a doggie door, she will need some training on how you want her to alert that she needs outside. She is very curious and loves to hunt for hidden treasure on countertop. With consistency she will soon learn your expectations and be the joy of your life. Honey Bear is just im-paws-ible not to love! Honey's adoption fee includes the vet exam, vaccinations, spay, flea/tick preventative, dewormer, rabies vaccine, and microchip. We prefer children 10+ years and Austin, TX metro adoptions. You can see more photos and read her full bio on our website www.forgottenfriendstx.org.

Story
Axel is a good boy he loves children and a lot of attention. He was my daughter’s dog she lived next door to me and had four young children which Axel loves . She moved into an apartment a couple years ago and couldn’t take him . He shares a small yard with his life long buddy Hank the two have been together their whole life . Axel had an accident a couple years ago and wee couldn’t save his front left leg but that never slowed him down. I’m moving into my motor home and going on the road so I can’t take Axel and Hank with me . He would make someone a very good dog I am hoping to find them both a good forever home . Thank you

Zuri is an amazing dog. He is a little shy but super sweet. He loves to play outside. This is going to be a huge move for him and we are so sad to have to re home him. His Mom was r4ecently diagnosed with terminal cancer. She rescued him and took him in as a foster. She's a dog trainer herself with years of experience and Zuri is crate trained, trained to sit, stay, come, lay down, and heal. We are super sad to have to rehome him.

I adopted Pearl a few months ago from a shelter. Since then my life has gotten very complicated and I am now in a small apartment and can no longer afford to keep her. She’s so sweet, would be great with someone who has space for her to run and or time to exercise her more frequently.
