Story
Honey Bear will be the sweetest cub in your pack! Honey Bear is a delightfully active pup and unBEARably adorable. She is affectionate, smart, and so very soft. She loves to play in the water, go shopping to meet all the people, and tussle with her foster siblings. She plays well with other dogs and isn't bothered by cats. She is motivated by food and attention and loves her humans unconditionally. She will be a medium-sized dog with energy to burn but don’t worry, she naps too! Honey likes to be kept busy and is currently the star of her obedience class (according to her foster mom). She enjoys it so much and would love to continue training with you! Honey is crate-trained. She uses a doggie door for potty breaks. If you don’t have a doggie door, she will need some training on how you want her to alert that she needs outside. Honey Bear is just im-paws-ible not to love! Honey's adoption fee includes the vet exam, vaccinations, spay, flea/tick preventative, dewormer, rabies vaccine, and microchip. We prefer children 10+ years and Austin, TX metro adoptions. You can see more photos and read her full bio on our website www.forgottenfriendstx.org.

Two things people in Austin proudly love: Blue Bell ice cream and keeping it weird. Spelled differently but just as sweet, Bluebelle would make a great addition to your love list. "Bluebelle has my favorite personality on campus. She's playful and smart and so affectionate," says one of her friends. She loves to stop and smell the roses, and a sniffari is her idea of a wonderful outing. You've got a new co-pilot if you adopt Bluebelle. She'll happily jump in and out of your car to accompany you on an adventure. Don't be embarrassed if you find yourself using a baby voice with animals, because Bluebelle likes it! Bluebelle is ready for a photo-snapping pet parent, and she even has her own Instagram! Fall in love with her @adopt_beautiful_bluebelle and then come meet her in person.

Story
Was rescued when he was 5 years old, after many attempts to train against resource guarding he will only resource guard against puppies and toddler aged children (has never bitten a kid, only growls and then moves away from the kid, I can't risk to see if he would bite a kid or not). He has never resource guarded when it came to me, or whoever is in charge of feeding him. He is a really great dog he just can't be around puppies or small children.

Story
I adopted Sadie about 6 weeks ago, she is so cute and such a loving dog! She has a lot of energy, as a 6 month old dog, but she can also settle down. I have taught her sit, down, no, off, come. She recalls very well, even if she is playing or otherwise distracted. I have taken her walking but haven't yet mastered the loose leash/heel commands yet as I have had to work more hours and the weather doesn't always cooperate. I am heartbroken to have to give her up but my job is changing and I will be out of town more often and may be moving out of state. My 6 year old rescue dog has been stressed out since I got Sadie, and I have to be more concerned for her health at this point. I have two cats and Sadie has been fine with them, even sleeping alongside them. Sometimes she likes to chase them, but not always. She loves to ride in my truck and knows what the sound of the keys mean! Sadie is very smart, needs someone (elementary school kids !)with energy to take her walking, play with her
