Roku is one in a million. He has never been destructive even as a puppy, hes smart, eager to please and wants to obey. Roku is a mini-Aussie 18lbs and was 4yrs old this September. He is always so happy, you just cant help but smile at him being happy. Because Roku is so smart and responsive I believe he would thrive with an owner who has some training knowledge or is at least eager to try to teach commands and tricks. Roku would LOVE it!! Roku has always lived with a cat as his best buddy and so I imagine he would be unhappy being left home all alone. Im looking for a loving home for Roku where his owner works from home or there is at least one other pet to keep him company. Roku is such a wonderful dog, he deserves to be adored so I’m open to having a trial period. If you take him home and find he’s not your dream dog I ask that you let me know. I will take him back and continue the search for his perfect fit.

Berne, means 'bear-like' and this boy is so cute and has the waddle of a bear! As cute as he was we noticed something else was going on with this boy besides being a tail-less wonder. His back end seemed smooshed. We got him checked out, after x-rays and evaluation he has a compressed spine. This is common in some breeds. We don't know his breed but it will be something he has forever. He is not in pain and still acts like a normal puppy. As he gets a little bigger, we will see if there are any remedies or treatments that might help him but we do suspect he will live a happy life and would be an awesome addition to any family. He may need to be in household with older kids so he doesn't get knocked around. He is potty trained. He is doing great with crate and leash training. He loves tug of war, bully sticks and pestering his older foster siblings. He has spurts of energy a couple times a day, doesn't last long and otherwise very chill! Vet suspects he will get to 30 pounds. This sweet boy was found as a stray in a park. Our dog was born on June 3, 2023, and we bought him from a pet market when he was 3 months old. He is now about 17 months old. We have given him all the necessary vaccinations and implanted a microchip. We are hoping to find a loving new home for him, preferably with a family that has enough time and energy to continue fostering his good behavior. He is very happy, friendly, and obedient, making him suitable for families who enjoy having a well-behaved, gentle dog. He freely roams around the house, and when he needs to go to the bathroom, he walks to the backyard door and waits for us to open it. He plays outside for a bit after going to the bathroom, then comes back inside to continue playing. At night, he goes back to his crate to sleep, maintaining a routine. Overall, he is a lively, friendly, and well-mannered dog, and we hope he will continue to bring joy and happiness to his new home.
