Story
Courtesy Post: Owner Surrender/Rehoming- Great Falls, SC Meet Nash! He is a 2-year-old Australian Shepherd and weighs 65 lbs. He is up to date on shots but isn’t neutered or on heartworm prevention. Nash is good with younger children! No older children or larger dogs, due to his reactivity! He is good with smaller dogs after they have a slow introduction! He is housebroken and crate trained. Nash nipped a guy on the arm in 2024 after he slammed the door and came towards the owner. When a human acts in an aggressive manner, Nash will bark, growl and get in their face. The owner is surrendering him because he had a seizure, and they are unable to afford his medical needs. He needs to go ASAP! If you think you can provide a great home for Nash, please contact the owner listed below. There is a $150 rehoming fee to assure good folks with good intentions. This fee will be donated to Australian Shepherds Furever for their assistance in placing Nash. Owner’s Contact Information: Hailey hailey110506@gmail.com

Story
Meet Jax! Jax is an adorable Aussie/Lab mix born on October 14, 2024. With his curious personality, he’s ready to explore the world and bring excitement to his forever family. This playful pup loves chew toys, stuffed animals, belly rubs, and even watching TV! He gets along great with other dogs and has the funniest way of letting them know he’s ready to play — he’ll bark to grab their attention, then bounce around in excitement. Like many puppies, Jax is a bit clumsy, which makes his antics even more endearing. Jax would thrive in a home with a family who can match his zest for life. He’s crate training and working on potty training, so a patient family ready to guide him through puppyhood will be perfect. Jax’s ideal home would include a fenced yard where he can safely burn off his energy and explore to his heart’s content. Due to his young age he will need someone that is home more often than not. His adoption fee will include his future neuter and microchip. He will weigh around 40-50lbs fully grown. If you’d like to meet this lovable pup, contact us at adopt@carolinapaws.com.

Meet Clove! Clove is an Aussie/Lab mix born on October 14, 2024, and expected to weigh 40-50 pounds when fully grown. This sweet and independent pup is full of personality and ready to bring joy to her future family. Clove is a playful, smart, and spirited pup. She loves running, chasing balls, and chewing on her toys. She is a big snuggle bug and loves to be with her people! Her foster family gets a kick out of her zesty little personality and the way she’s already making her preferences known! Like all young puppies, Clove thrives on routine and attention. She’s still learning house training and basic commands, so she’ll need a family with the patience and time to guide her as she grows. Clove has done well around other dogs and enjoys canine companionship. While a fenced yard isn’t required, it would be a bonus to give her a safe space to explore and play. Her ideal family will be loving, and committed to providing the structure and care a young puppy needs. Due to her young age she will need a family where someone is home more often than not. Clove is current on vaccines, and her adoption fee will include her future spay and microchip. If you’d like to meet this spunky and lovable pup, contact us at adopt@carolinapaws.com.

Story
I have a sweet 1 yr old young pup named Teddy. He is a neutered, he looks like a border collie, but he is not. The DNA says he is an Australian shepherd, German shepherd and cattle dog mix. He definitely has hair, not fur. He is 70lbs. Up to date on all shots/vet checked. Looking to be re-homed. My job has changed direction, no fault to Teddy and just not fair to him. Teddy is the type of dog that cannot sit home all day, he needs yard or acres to run and play, he needs a job! I rescued him at 3-4 months old as a stray. He loves going to daycare, he loves pup cups, car rides, and playing tug-of-war with his toys. He loves baths and loves the blow dryer! Potty (bell) trained and is crate trained. He knows his commands, sit, down, place, load up (into his crate). He has never been around cats. He has been around small children and gets along with them well. His crate with the bed and bells will go with him to his new home. I’m located Lexington, SC. Serious inquiries only.
