I came to ASF as a tiny pup battling parvo, but thanks to the amazing team here, my vets, and my fosters, I made it through and now I'm living my best, healthy, happy puppy life! My date of birth is 7/2/24. I'm already potty trained (but, hey, I'm still young, so I might have the occasional accident), and I'm a good boy in my crate during the day. But guess what? I much prefer to sleep with my humans at night-because I'm all about that snuggle life! I LOVE being on laps. Really, any lap will do. There's nothing like the warmth and closeness of a person who loves me. I've learned some basic commands and I'm super eager to learn more! I'm focused and quick to pick things up-especially if it means more love and attention. I might be a little shy at first, but with new experiences and some extra training, I know I can build my confidence and show you just how amazing I am. If you're looking for a loyal companion who's ready to bring joy, snuggles, and a bit of excitement into your life, I'm your guy. I'm ready to be your heart dog-let's start this adventure together! Howton wears a short chocolate and white coat and has 1 brown eye and 1 blue eye. Absolutely stunning! He loves to meet new people and explore new places, and he also does great with other dogs. We have only just gotten Cowboy 11 NOV so we still are learning about him but we can tell you he is very sweet and loves human attention. He is good with dogs but we haven't had him long enough to evaluate him with cats or other animals. He does not like to be confined at our Vet's Office in their kennels which is where he is now. He is not destructive but does not want to go back into his kennel when he goes out into the open yard. Please consider this sweet boy as a new member of your family. We will update his bio when we have had him little longer. He is uptodate on all vaccinations, microchipped neutered and heartworm negative. He is healthy and ready for a forever home. He only has a small cut above his right eye which is almost healed. RPACI is a non profit rescue, and currently possess our 501C3 to operate as such.
