Whether you're looking for a buddy to join you on adventures or just want a loyal friend to brighten your days, Meshach is your guy! Hello my name Simba! I was born at an Amish puppy mill, there was lots of other dogs there but I was one of the lucky ones that made it out. I am about a year and a half old and I only weigh 18lbs! My family got me because they have a special need son, his doctor thought having a dog would be good for him. It was good for a while... As my brother grew up he started to get really rough with me and I didn`t like that. My family decided to surrender me because they knew it wasn`t fair to me and they didn`t want something really bad to happen. Because of my experiences I really don`t like being picked up and I am a little cautious loud noises and sudden movements. I would do better in a home with older kids (over 10 years old). I did live with 2 cats and we got along just fine. If you are interested in meeting me, please submit an application.

Eevee was hanging around behind a local equipment store for a while and was finally trapped and brought into the shelter. She is around 10 months old and is a sweet but shy girl. She will need someone that understands she will need to work on her confidence and may do well with another more confident dog in the home to show her the ropes. She did test positive for Lyme and Anaplasmosis but is currently receiving an antibiotic for these and doing well. Eevee would love to find out what a loving forever home is all about!
