Story
Benny was born 11/09/2018. He was purchased from a breeder in 2019 by a friend and I took him in as a favor that same year and have had him ever since. But now that I’m married with a baby and a second baby on the way, we unfortunately do not have enough space in our little home for Benny. He would be best suited in a home with older children and not too many other animals. He has lived with cats before and does ok with some dogs but not all. He is very playful and loves chew bones, especially bacon or PB flavored. He also loves playing tug with rope toys, easily his favorite game. He is also very good at playing catch. He absolutely loves going on walks and is used to both rural and urban environments. He likes being brushed gently and his fur is on the longer side. I have always done his bathing and grooming myself so I have no idea how he would do at a professional groomer. Benny is loving and protective of his owners. Though he is not puppy anymore, he certainly plays like one!

***MAZIE MAE IS A COURTESY POST - SHE IS NOT IN OUR CARE***   Mazie Mae is 10 yrs old and 67 lbs, she is spayed and up to date on vaccines. Mazie Mae's current family can no longer keep her due to recent health conditions. Since we are currently full and on an intake hold, we are trying to help her find a new home.   Mazie Mae is very friendly, very easy to take care of and is very low maintenance. She LOVES kids and being around them. She lived with another dog in the past but she has not been around cats since she was a puppy. She is crate trained and house broken. She has a leaky bladder that she was recently medicated for and the medicine has been working great. She will need to be on this medication for the rest of her life.
