Story
Koda was born in Fayetteville, NC in March of 2023 by an Australian Shepard breeder. I adopted him as a puppy and have had him for the past 2 years. He has always been an extremely well behaved dog. He loves to be outdoors, I've taken him camping and to many family events on Fort Bragg. He was raised with 2 other dogs, 2 cats, 2 birds, and 2 kids. He has some minor separation anxiety and loves to be near people all the time. He is house trained and behaves very well outside/on a leash.

Story
GQ meets Saving Grace and Clawrence is bringing the male glam like no other! Clawrence is an adult Aussie mix who weighs about 50 lbs full grow and full glory as his coat is just something to feel and behold. Clawrence has done very well at Saving Grace. He is the picture of his breed which means he is active and smart. Clawrence would do best in a very active home and he is an ace student who already seems to know a few commands. He can share space with other dogs but is fairly aloof when it comes to furry friends but NOT al all aloof with people who he loves. Clawrence is quiet in his crate and not over the top at all in any way but wants people to know that his body and his mind will be happiest when he is stimulated and active with you. This sweet man will not be hard to fall in love with at all. **Hiking feedback: " We had so much fun walking with Clawrence. He was a total gentleman and so sweet. He waited patiently at each stop and would walk around to the other walkers and sit down to ask for pets. He was also very friendly with the other dogs. He wanted to be in the front of the group, but he definitely preferred having buddies with him. Clawrence was so polite that he gently took a treat every time someone offered one, but he would never eat it"!

Story
Meet Gracie – Your Sweet, Snuggly Sidekick Gracie is a 1-year-old Mini Australian Shepherd mix weighing about 20 pounds—the perfect size for both adventures and couch cuddles. Prior to coming to PAR she spent most of her life in a small pen. In spite of that, she is coming out of her shell and enjoying the good life in her foster home!  Gracie is the best of both worlds: playful and fun when it’s time to go, but just as happy to curl up next to you and relax. She’s incredibly affectionate and truly loves being with her people. Gracie does great with other dogs and kids, making her a wonderful fit for many types of homes. She can be a little timid at first, but with a little patience and kindness, she quickly warms up and shows her loving, loyal personality. She is crate trained and settles nicely after a brief protest when you leave or return. She rides well in the car (either crated or tethered) and is house trained on a consistent schedule. Gracie would thrive in a home that will give her the love, reassurance, and companionship she craves—and in return, she’ll be your devoted little shadow.   If you’re looking for a sweet, cuddly companion with a playful side, Gracie might just be your perfect match. Story
Kenny is the kind of dog who doesn’t need to demand attention—he simply earns your heart by being quietly, wonderfully present. This stunning 3-year-old Australian Shepherd, with his rich brown merle coat and soulful eyes, has a calm, steady spirit that feels like home from the moment you meet him. At 50 pounds, he’s the perfect size to be your constant companion—never far, always devoted.   After spending six long months waiting in a small New Mexico shelter, Kenny is more than ready to leave that chapter behind and embrace the love he’s always deserved. Despite a slight vision impairment, he moves through life with confidence and grace, never letting it slow him down. In fact, his resilience only makes him more remarkable.   Kenny is incredibly smart, beautifully mannered on a leash, and fully potty trained. He’s the kind of dog who finds joy in the simplest things—resting quietly at your feet, leaning gently against you, or soaking in every bit of affection you’re willing to give. He’s gentle with everyone he meets, wonderful with other dogs, and has a soft, kind nature that makes him truly special. Offer him a treat and he’ll happily sit… and if you’re lucky, he might even place his paw in your hand like a quiet promise of loyalty.   He would thrive in a peaceful home with a fenced yard where he can safely explore and enjoy the calm life he’s been waiting for. Kenny isn’t just looking for a home—he’s looking for his person. Someone to love, to follow, and to quietly adore every single day.   If you’re ready for a deeply loyal, affectionate companion who will bring a sense of peace and devotion into your life, Kenny is waiting for you. Email Critter Cavalry Rescue at ccrtennessee@gmail.com and give this beautiful soul the forever home he’s been dreaming of.   version 2There is something truly special about Kenny—the kind of presence that instantly puts you at ease and makes you feel like you’ve known him forever. This beautiful 3-year-old Australian Shepherd, weighing 50 pounds and dressed in a striking brown merle coat, is the definition of gentle devotion.   Kenny’s past hasn’t been easy. He spent six long months in a small New Mexico shelter, quietly waiting and hoping for someone to see him. But what makes Kenny extraordinary is not where he’s been—it’s the love he still has to give. Despite a slight eyesight impairment, he navigates the world with quiet confidence, never missing a step when it comes to companionship.   He’s incredibly intelligent, fully house-trained, and walks like a dream on a leash. But what truly sets Kenny apart is his heart. His favorite place in the world is right beside you—whether that’s lying at your feet, resting his head nearby, or simply being your shadow. He doesn’t ask for much, just the comfort of knowing he belongs.   Kenny is wonderful with other dogs, kind with people of all ages, and has a calm, easygoing nature that makes him a perfect fit for a relaxed home. He’ll sit politely for treats and might gently offer you his paw, as if to say, “I’m yours.”   He would love a home with a fenced yard where he can safely enjoy the outdoors, but more than anything, he’s looking for a person to love with his whole heart. Kenny is the kind of dog who will quietly, faithfully, and completely change your life.   If you’re searching for a loyal companion who will bring warmth, peace, and unconditional love into your home, Kenny is ready to meet you. Email Critter Cavalry Rescue at ccrtennessee@gmail.com and let this incredible boy become your best friend.   PLEASE NOTE:  Our dogs are transported from Tennessee to meeting places in the states where we have posted.  Further information about us is given on our Adopt-A-Pet site.  The adoption fees vary and will be provided as well as noted on the application you receive.  Contact us at 615-661-5333 or ccrnewengland@gmail.comApril 5, 2026, 9:29 pm
