Story
Meet Alice, our darling brown and white girl that has the most memorable face and sky high ears you have ever seen.   This girl was born around the middle of May and is thought to be combination of lots of breed influences.   For starters we think that Cattle Dog and Aussie might be a mixture that are dominant for her.  She is one smart little girl that adorable her foster family and all the other big dogs (several German Shepherds are her mentors and big sisters) and many foster cats are present as well in the home.  Her boundless happy puppy energy catapults her through the days as she grows in to a true beauty inside and out.  She is so playful and loving and always ready for the next BIG ADVENTURE!  She loves to chase toys and explore the backyard for new things to do and maybe a few squirrels to make friends with.  She absorbs whatever you teach her like a sponge.  Her foster mom is an excellent trainer and knows the importance of teaching manners and commands.  Her friendly nature makes her easy to meet new people and she is does not shy away from new experiences either.  She is a snuggler when she is tired and very loving as she sits beside you to watch a good TV show.  This girl will be an excellent recall pup since she is learning that now and is so eager to please and be with her humans.  If you are interested in this beauty who will grow to be a 45-50 pound girl, please email Critter Cavalry Rescue at ccrnewengland@gmail.com   Let us know where you live: city and state when you are inquiring. PLEASE NOTE:   Our dogs and cats are fostered in Tennessee and can transport weekly up to the Northeast region.  Request an application and learn more about Critter Cavalry at https://www.crittercavalry.com/adoption.December 17, 2024, 1:17 pm

Elio is four years old and we call him Ellie. He weighs 60 lbs. He is friendly and loyal. He needs walked daily, but is happier if he gets to play fetch. He is house trained and can be left at home out of crate. He does not chew things (except if we leave pencils or remote control on the floor).

Story
All we want for Christmas is a new home for this gorgeous pure bred Aussie girl named Paisley.  A kind and precious beauty that is only two years old and weighs 35-40 pounds.   Freshly groomed and ready for adventure new start, this girl. Came from an elderly owner who at eighty three years of age has admitted she really does not need a young active dog to care for.  Admittedly, the breeder never should have adopted an Aussie puppy to an 81 yr old woman.  Two years later the elder 83 yr old  owner is surrendering her pretty gitl to Critter Cavalry Rescue to find a better suited and much younger home. Paisley is indeed a bit bewildered. But she has shown us that she will be the perfect dog for the perfect family that can give her love, attention and a fenced in yard to safely run off any energy.  Paisley.   Loves to go for car rides and is calm and inquisitive as she gazes out the window. She is house broken and crate trained and enjoys the company of other dogs with no anxiety or intimidation.  She easily walks with you on a leash and the groomer said she was very cooperative while being groomed.  paisley will be a wonderful gift to yourself if you were considering a medium, young dog that is well trained and easy to be around.   No issues and no baggage!   Just a perfect and loving girl.  If you are interested in adopting please email critter cavalry rescue at ccrnewengland@gmail.com  She is in the Tennessee area and ready to transport northward any weekend.   Her foster mom is ready to answer any questions!   PLEASE NOTE:  Our dogs are transported from Tennessee to meeting places in the states where we have posted.  Further information about us is given on our Adopt-A-Pet site.  The adoption fees vary and will be provided as well as noted on the application you receive.  Contact us at 615-661-5333 or ccrnewengland@gmail.comDecember 16, 2024, 1:54 pm

Story
Meet Nutmeg! Nutmeg is a charming Aussie/Lab mix born on October 14, 2024, and is expected to weigh 40-50 pounds when fully grown. This sweet pup is ready to bring love, fun, and energy to his forever family. Nutmeg is snuggly, curious, playful, and full of personality. He loves tug-of-war, chasing balls, running around, and curling up in your lap for some cozy snuggle time. He foster family can’t get enough of his adorable antics, like the way he pounces playfully while exploring his surroundings. Still a young puppy, Nutmeg is learning house training and basic commands, so he needs a family with patience to guide him along the way. He would do best in a home with older children who understand his teething phase and can help with his training. Nutmeg thrives when he has company and would love someone home more often than not. Nutmeg gets along well with other dogs and would be happy to have a furry sibling as a playmate. While a fenced yard isn’t necessary, it would be a great bonus to give him a safe space to play and explore. His ideal family will be active and loving, ready to include him in their adventures and provide the care he needs as he grows. Nutmeg is current on vaccines, and his adoption fee will include his future neuter and microchip. Due to his young age he will need a family where someone is home more often than not. If you’re looking for a sweet and lively companion to add to your family, Nutmeg may be the one for you! Contact us at adopt@carolinapaws.com to learn more.

Story
Meet Clove! Clove is an Aussie Lab mix born on October 14, 2024, and expected to weigh 40-50 pounds when fully grown. This sweet and independent pup is full of personality and ready to bring joy to her future family. Clove is playful, smart, and spirited pup. She loves running, chasing balls, and chewing on her toys. While she’s not the biggest fan of snuggling in your arms, she prefers to curl up and snooze at your feet. Her foster family gets a kick out of her zesty little personality and the way she’s already making her preferences known! Like all young puppies, Clove thrives on routine and attention. She’s still learning house training and basic commands, so she’ll need a family with the patience and time to guide her as she grows. Clove would do best in a home with older children who can help with her training. Clove has done well around other dogs and enjoys canine companionship. While a fenced yard isn’t required, it would be a bonus to give her a safe space to explore and play.
