He can be reactive when dogs get excited, because he gets excited. He also has leash reactivity because of this excitement. Bodhi Bear will need training because he counter surfs and steals food from the table. He also begs and will attempt to eat food from your hand. The owner is surrendering him because they are allergic and unable to care for him financially. He needs to go ASAP! Hi, my name is Jake and I was rescued with my sister Bambi who is also looking for her forever home! I'm just a year old and weigh 42 pounds so I'm a perfect medium sized pooch. I'm a very sweet and quiet guy who can be a little shy when you first meet me but I warm up quickly. I'm friends with everyone I meet and other dogs too. I have a really short tail so I'm probably an Aussie mix but I'm not a 'herder' like the breed can sometimes be. I'm hoping for a loving adopter who will cherish and love me forever so I don't grow up by myself. I'd love a fenced in yard so I can play and snooze in the backyard.
