Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. How to Adopt This Sweet Special Needs Aussie boy is patiently waiting for special home. Snoopy is deaf, so he needs a home that can help him learn sign language and basic skills. He is only 5 1/2 months old and weighs about 30 pounds. He will sit for you, sleeps well in a crate for 5-6 hours. He uses the doggie door politely with the other dogs. Snoopy currently lives with 6 other dogs and is doing well with all but the cranky senior. He is just too much for the senior and since he doesn’t hear, it is more difficult for our senior boy to give an appropriate response without getting too upset. Snoopy needs a calmer home. He plays very well with the smaller dog his size and they do Aussie Play for hours. He likes balls and benebones. Snoopy is neutered and up to date on shots and has 5 months of heartworm preventative. He must go to a most wonderful home, so we will need references. Please call Shirley at 575-491-9577 if you are interested. We will try to watch for comments, however, a message, text or call would be best.Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.November 21, 2024, 1:24 am

Story
I picked Reyna up at a shelter. I’m unable to car for her due to my busy work schedule sometimes I can’t even make it home for the day. She is still a puppy and loves to play, she’s very friendly and energetic. The last thing I would want to do is put her back into the shelter so I’m trying to find a home for her.

Story
My name is Cana. I am a smart and loving dog. My 70-year-old mother / owner fell and broke her shoulder and injured her knee and she can no longer care for me. I need a good home and new owner. I would like to meet my new owner. I am calm but have a lot of energy for play and like to retrieve frisbee and balls. I am good with other dogs and cats. I have all vaccines except Bordetella for kennels. Please call for more information or to set up a meet and greet.

Story
True to her moniker, Sweetie is as sweet as they come. She is fairly timid around new people, but she warms up quickly and she loves cuddles. She can get nervous around lots of noise and activity, but is good on the leash and will likely pick up training cues quickly.
